Although we aren't ready to have our counter tops installed yet, I felt compelled to compliment the excellent staff Maple Tree Kitchen & Bath. Initially we met with Alyssa. She is knowledgeable, confident and made us feel immediately that we were in good hands. Our next contact was Billy who schedules the measuring of the counter tops on site. He too was knowledgeable, confident and personable. Our third contact was Kevin, a gentleman with a degree in Architect Design, who although we had been given a two hour window, texted early to give an exact time of his arrival. He was on time, knowledgeable, sharp and personable. He had equipment that I didn't know existed and knew how to use it proficiently. Very pleased with Diane and the rest of the people at Maple Tree Kitchen. Special thanks to the installers because parts of the install were very difficult. Depending on the job, the process may take longer than expected. Have a place to wash the dishes by hand if necessary. Have bottled water if you have a filter attached to your kitchen faucet. Also, the counters need a day for the glue to dry before doing plumbing. read more

Maple Tree came highly recommended through a family member that had recently had their countertops replaced. We went to their showroom and met with Jill who took the time to walk us around, and show us numerous pieces because we were so undecided. She was more than patient and really knowledgeable regarding all the brands of quartz that we were interested in. She wrote up quotes for every piece we picked so that we had a variety of prices and even showed us sinks and explained every aspect of our prospective purchase. After driving her crazy for about 2 months, we finally chose our beautiful piece and she set up for someone to come out and template. The gentleman who did the template, Kevin, was friendly and courteous, and had the latest technology for measuring (so impressive), and was in and out in no time. We then received a picture of how the lines on the quartz would look in our kitchen, and it flowed very nicely. This was a plus since it was a marble design and the lines needed to face in the right direction. This was certainly a plus for someone as particular as I am. On the day of the install, Frank and his team arrived on time ready to remove our old sandy granite, and install our new quartz. They worked professionally and neatly, and were even able to save my subway tile when installing the countertops. They did a magnificently professional job, and we were so impressed with how neatly they worked!! They answered all of our questions regarding upkeep and cut the faucet and osmosis hole perfectly. We were so super impressed and would recommend them 100 times over!!! If you need a countertop replacement, look no more. Maple Tree are the ones to use!!! I've used Maple Tree 6 years ago for my first business, and I used them again back in September for my new expansion. They have never disappointed me. Still very professional, fast and promptly service, friendly staffs, and best of all fast installation with high quality materials! Not to mention the counter that was done 6years ago still gorgeous! Many of my customers compliment on my countertop at both stores. I couldn't be happier. I will also be using them for my upcoming house upgrade. So, yes! Maple Tree installed my granite countertops this weekend and they were wonderful, as they were the last time I used them and the time before that. Excellent service all three experiences. I worked with Diane. She's great! Service is A+, and their prices are very competitive. I also like the fact I'm using a local business. I'm a name vs. an "order number". Maple Tree has the best prices I could find on high end cabinetry, their customer service is top notch and I cannot recommend them highly enough. We started our bathroom remodeling right before COVID hit and had an impossible time finding contractors to take the job. We were ghosted time and time again. Maple Tree was extremely patient with us and very understanding of our situation. I wish they still did installation but eventually we were able to find someone to take our job. They came highly recommended by my cousin who had his kitchen remodeled a few years back and I am so happy we took the time to go down and check them out. Superior, super friendly, knowledgeable and courteous staff and workers who came to do our measurements. We couldn't be happier. We'll be back when it's time to do our kitchen! I am so happy with my experience with Maple Tree kitchens. Our quartz looks gorgeous and was installed four dash after picking out my slab! Jeannie and Scott were great to work with. They truly were a bit more inexpensive than Home Depot also who had a 3-4 week turn around for quartz. My only suggestion for improvement would be it's a bit hard to get ahold of a rep by phone, there should be one main admin phone line read more

We love the countertops! We did quartz in the kitchen and granite in the bathroom. I would have given 5 stars, but the plumbing for the bathroom sink was damaged during the installation and no one said anything about it. Imagine our surprise when we went to hook up the sink and found we couldn't. read more
