A crew from Absolute Precision recently completed work on our chimney including replacement of…read moredamaged bricks, new bluestone cap, and installation of liner. From beginning to end everyone we met was professional and courteous. Mike gave us a detailed quote and explained everything that was needed and why. Chris and the crew were able to start work sooner than anticipated and completed the job in less time than originally expected. They left the area looking better than it did when they arrived - everything clean, neat, and back in place. My husband is very particular about how people work on our house because he usually does the work himself, but working on a two story chimney was not something he was equipped to do. He was very happy with the way the crew worked, how careful they were about the roof, siding, and gutters, and the great job they did. A big plus in our book. Reliable, quality work. We would definitely recommend this company. Quality workmanship with professional and courteous service.

PAVING EXCELLENCE WITH CUSTOMER CONCERN is what I think of when I look at our new and customized…read moredriveway from J.W. Smith Paving, LLC. After the highly recommended referral from a neighbor, we made the BEST decision to go with Tom, Tom, and their amazing J.W. Smith Paving crew. Due to the location of the lowest house in the area, we receive an enormous amount of run-off rain water. J.W. Smith not only took our house water issues very seriously, but they did an amazing job on our customized driveway with pitching and grading. Additionally, they created a customized curb to divert water away from our house electrical transformer. We can not be happier. The BEST aspect of hiring J.W. Smith Paving, LLC, is that the owners truly care about their customers. PROFESSIONALISM, EXCELLENCE, CONCERN = PRICELESS. Thank you Tom, Tom, and your amazing crew. You saved the day once again! I wanted my driveway completely ripped up and redone from the base up. Tom came out in a very…read moretimely manor to give me an estimate. He gave me a more-than-competitive quote that was good for 30 days with a scope that was beyond what I anticipated. I have very wet ground. They pulled up my existing driveway and rolled in new Item 4. They allowed it to sit long enough to firm up before returning to re-roll the low spots with more Item 4 and put down asphalt. They applied a generous layer of both for an amazing final product. They graded everything appropriately and were incredibly efficient. The only reason I left off a star is because of the communication. I had to call to find out when they were coming for the tear out and had to call again to get the date that they were coming back for asphalt. I was on their calendar but no one reached out to tell me dates. That was up to me. I would 100% recommend them for their work and efficiency.

They painted the doors, reused any hardware they could (after cleaning and polishing it), bought matching hardware where necessary, and hung the doors so they open and close perfectly. The doors look so nice, we have to have the whole shed repainted now. lol I highly recommend Matt. He listens to everything you say, makes recommendations, works within your budget, and cleans up everything when he's done. He even gave us the still half full gallon of paint he used on the doors in case we have to touch up anything. Matt is easy going and a pleasure to work with. He's a 5/5 in our book.

UPDATED: After my…read moreoriginal review, Josh contacted me directly, came out to inspect the driveway, and addressed the cracking concerns by filling the cracks and taking the time to explain his perspective regarding the seal coating materials that had been used by another company. While I was initially frustrated by the communication and felt my concerns were being dismissed, I do appreciate that he ultimately responded, came out personally, and worked toward a solution rather than ignoring the issue entirely. He also offered a reasonable option to repair the plow damage at the road and reseal the driveway. I still believe the initial communication could have been handled better from the beginning, but I also believe it's only fair to update my review now that an effort was made to address the concerns.
