I had a horrific experience start to finish Including men sitting on my roof drinking beer. Well, now I had a plumber try to find the source of a leak and it appears that my roof is leaking I don't know if this company is still in business, but it's no longer owned by Bruce Peters, so steer clear. Not sure what recourse I have.

These paving contractors are so unprofessional and have made numerous mistakes while repaving the…read morecommunity I live in. After ripping out the original edges that they were supposed to then replace, they left them as is, didn't replace them so dirt and debris have been spilling onto parking spots for WEEKS, AND they paved into drain holes and now every time it rains, yards are flooding. They also paved up to the curb of walkways, which were put there for drainage, contributing more to yard flooding. A professional company would know better. Additionally, they added an EXTRA parking spot in lots, leading to smaller spaces that cars can barely fit into. When this was brought to their attention by our HOA, they took well over a month to come back (have yet to fix the edges or drain pipe issues) and instead of fixing the parking spots issue as instructed to do originally, they repainted the lines they had drawn. Mistakes happen, but having your workers come back with bad attitudes, leave their garbage over people's lawns, and speak loudly and rudely about having to fix parking spots (which they actually didn't do) is incredibly unprofessional. Not to mention the quality of work is horrendous. This community is so beautiful and the service and quality of work we've seen from this company is embarrassing. If you're considering this company, I'd run the other way and find yourself a professional paver.

I hired Darren to help replace a deck for us…read more We've worked with twice him in the past and had no issues at all, but this time was different. Long story short, he has taken close to $10,000 of my money and did not complete the work intended nor deliver materials amounting to anywhere close to that amount. I have about a couple hundred bucks of materials, and quite a bit of property damage in my backyard including a partially demo'd deck, unfilled holes for footings (that were not dug deep enough) and a bunch of rusty nails laying around for my kids and animals to get hurt on. To date he has taken 3/4 of my budget and has ghosted me for the past 3 weeks. I have attempted to contact him numerous times via text, phone and email but he has chosen to ignore me. To add insult to injury, I have had other contractors in to get estimates to fix the damage and I've been told the work he did so far was not to code at all, it needs to be ripped up and replaced so nothing that has been done so far can be kept. Complete waste of time and money. Now I get the fun task of trying to sue him. Save yourself the headache and hire someone else, this guy is bad, bad news.

The estimate, while not cheap, was still reasonable considering that all the extras mentioned above were included and did not have to be "tacked on" to the original estimate. As another reviewer mention , we asked Mike to add another accent strip of tile as a bullnose and he was very accommodating and did not charge extra. Another plus was the timelines and neatness of Mike's work. He started when he said he would and worked everyday until 4, except the weekend, until the job was done. He was careful to cover the floors and clean up after each day. I am not an expert when it comes to bathroom renovations but I do have some construction knowledge and it appears that Mike Kraemer is a skilled contractor with a broad knowledge base who does not cut corners.
