We had one issue with a subcontractor regarding their work product, and raised our dissatisfaction with that very minor portion of the overall renovation cost. Peak agreed and was not pleased either. Without complaint, Bill removed it from the final bill and did not mire us in the particulars of his dealings with the sub. We were very grateful. You'll be happy with Peak. First, you moved the dryer away from the wall so work could begin. Your worker began with cleaning out the duct and hose. That was followed with cleaning the pieces that were clogged.
