The owner has me blocked and refuses to answer my calls, even though they promised to come back and confirm the work schedule. They never did. I filed a complaint with the city because of the mess and negligence, but the company continues to ignore me. I have pictures of the drain full of debris and the damage to my walls to back up everything I'm saying. Beware before you let them into your home--this company is not reliable, not professional, and does not care about the people they are supposed to be helping.

We scheduled an appointment to work on the project (multiple small tasks being addressed in one project). The day of the appointment comes. There's an issue with the family car, no problem we reschedule things happen. Next appointment, tech is telling me their first project is running over. I was supposed to be his second project of the day. Day goes and he's keeping me posted but then it's late afternoon and I haven't heard for hours. At last they confirm they can't make it. Again, being understanding I advise that if we reschedule we just need to be sure they can make it. We Ask if he's confident to make it on the next agreed date. This project was holding up other projects we needed to get to. He then decided to ghost me, never responded. Never apologized for wasting my time. This occurred in August 2025.
