The tech changed the circuit breaker and an outlet that caused the power outage in the bedroom. It turns out that in repairing the power outage the tech caused all the smoke alarms in the house to not have power due to him cutting the wires in the outlet and capping them off. That's very disturbing that wires were cut with no knowledge of what those wires were connected to. The outlet was not replaced as we were told. It was rigged with electrical tape to get it to function. I called another electrician to double-check the panel and the outlet because none of the smoke alarms worked. Thank goodness happened to our home. That was very scary to find out that our home was made unsafe due to an incorrect "repair". I surely didn't get what I paid for as in a proper repair .

Had fetzer electric come out for an estimate on a tree damaged electrical service on my property…read more Central hudson had come and hung it up temporarily and i had caulked around the snapped meter box hub temporarily. i called fetzer electric to get an estimate along with 3 other company's. fetzer sent out a gentleman who appeared unhappy, he sat down on my central air condensing unit bending some of the metal. he then gave me a 600$ quote to re-strap the conduit back to the side of the house and re-caulk the snapped hub ( something i could have done and had done myself). so i said thank you and no thank when the boss called me to do a follow up. i told him the professional way of (where going to go in another direction) he hassled me on the phone in a very rude and angry way till i said good bye. he called me back twice and asked why i wouldn't be going with the estimated job until i got rude back and told him what i thought of his estimated work proposal and his employee sitting on my a/c equipment. Then i hung up on him and he finally stopped calling. This is my experience .Hope yours is better
