January 10, 2024 My…read morestory started on Thanksgiving day last year. My wife came to me complaining of a puddle in her in-home office. After searching for the cause, discovered we had several leaks in our roof. Friends recommended Exterior Pro Builders (EPB) as having replaced both their roof and their mother's roof. I contacted EPB and they had their estimator here the following Monday after the holiday weekend. From that point onward, all of my contacts with this company were professional, prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Contract for the work was clear, concise and understandable. Downpayment was 50% which is customary and reasonable. The biggest delay in the entire process was getting the required building permit from my city. There were other weather related delays outside of anyone's control. So on the Friday after Christmas, the ten man crew arrived to start work. I have a fairly large roof, and when I asked how long the job would take, Marco, the foreman said they would be done by the end of the day. I was amazed and unbelieving, but by 7pm that day they were packing up and I had a new roof. One man returned the following week to finish cleaning up, which, by the way, was thorough and painstaking. I will not hesitate to recommend EPB to anyone needing a new roof. They were also able to remove and reinstall my existing gutter helmets with no apparent damage.
