I found the communication to be disrespectful, confrontational, that was lacking in professionalism. And absolutely no respect to women. And I spoke to 2 different contractors, and they heard the same thing about the company The project manager behaved in a threatening manor while holding a hammer, which made me fear for my safety and the safety of my dog. Because of the situation, i called the police. This experience was completely unacceptable,And let me feeling intimidated. No customer or resident should have to feel uncomfortable, While work is being performed Professional companies earn trust through respect, communication and customer service. They were the easiest and most helpful company I have ever worked with. From the sales, front office and to the working crew. Everyone was great. The price was on par and even gave me a military discount. They always kept me updated on deliveries and crew arrival. It was a tough job as it was a 2 story house, with a very steep angle roof. Collin, the project manager was on point and came twice (!) ahead of time to assure measurements are legit. Gary orchestrated the whole operation by selling us the project while understanding our budget concern, never too pushy, and also paid a visit while the team were installing the new windows.
