Damaged the gutter, left the newly washed siding with black residue, broke a spindle on the porch and claimed it was all pre-existing. After much back and forth, a minor fix was done on the gutter and the black was removed(I had tried but couldn't,). One of the first jobs was to fix a porch roof that dripped. Discovered, when it rained, that it wasn't fixed. At that point, I discovered he blocked me so no way to contact him. I was hopeful that I had found someone to do repairs, but was disappointed.

I even had to get on the roof myself at one point to clean what they missed and demonstrate that it could be cleaned. the job looked good until The vinyl dried, then it didn't look too good. Called them back and he quickly pointed out the disclaimer on the back of the contract that basically said it wouldn't be clean after washing. He had an answer for everything, felt like I was dealing with a used car salesman. I pointed out a large section of soffit and fascia that they didn't wash, was told they would come back to clean it in 2 weeks. It's been 2 months and they haven't called or come back to make it right. Don't waste your money these folks are not quality driven or customer focused.
