I found Joe through a search of local painters with positive reviews and felt comfortable with him doing the work as soon as I met him. He works alone and is very detailed in his work, but the time needed to get the work done well was definitely worth it. Even my very particular partner who is always critical of anyone else's work but his own, remarked that Joe's work was high quality (and that is the highest praise, trust me!) Because we are literally neighbors, Joe also offered me a neighbor discount on his already competitive rates. Before he finished the work, I started noticing how shabby the other rooms in my house looked in comparison, and I look forward to working with Joe again to give those remaining rooms a fresh coat of paint in the near future.

We greatly appreciated the painters arriving at the expected time every day and how respectful they were of our property. When work was completed, everything was immaculate and put back in place. We had used Paint track for painting jobs over the years as well as a gut and redo of our hall bath several years before, so there was no reason to think Ray, Jaime and rest his great staff wouldn't come through again and they did! It looks like we have a brand new deck, modernized and sleek! All that remains from the old deck is the flooring and some trellis material that was scraped and repainted! Paint Track saved our spring and summer!

Sean Ward and his team set the exemplary standard for all others to follow. Their workmanship, attention to detail, professionalism and just plain hard work were amazing. They spent three days doing prep work before opening a can of paint. Our 90 year old cottage has an open porch with two wood pillars that were crackled with at least sixty years of paint that was taken down to the original wood. The quality of work is awesome. . Besides painting our crazy old cottage, with five entrance doors, all with storm doors, they stained white our, new 45 fool long, cedar picked fence and ended with cement work on the front steps. What can they not do! Heartfelt thanks to Sean Ward, a true gentlemen, and his great team. Five star service!

So when I meet someone like Luis, it seems all the more incredible. After being ghosted, gouged, ignored and subjected to amateur work, Yorktown Painting Home Improvement is a d*amned miracle. Luis is polite and professional, called us back and showed up when he said he would for an initial walkthrough. That in and of itself is impressive, given our experience with local contractors. His bid was more than fair (it was half of our highest bid) and his crew was able to start the project quickly. Here's where it seems too good to be true- they showed up every morning early, worked until dark, left the job site neat and organized, and finished the job ahead of schedule. They did Sheetrock installation and repair, a bit of framing and painted walls, ceilings, closet doors and trim for us in our great room and a spare room conversion, and it all looks incredible. The attention to detail is clear, and we still can't believe they did so much so well in such a short period of time. I was blown away by our experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Luis. He'll be our first call for any home improvements going forward. Look at the Google reviews- 30 or more, every single one five stars.
