His estimate was reasonable for the amount of work to be done and very competitive with estimates I had already received from five other contractors. Andrew and his assistant Matt took about two days to transform my kitchen into something really sharp. Andrew was very thorough and even took care of some odds and ends that were left by the builder (and previous contractor who installed the counter top). Also, Andrew was very neat - he covered the counter top to avoid any damage or stains and swept the floor after both days of working. After they left, you would never know that two people were sawing tiles and working with grout and tile adhesive all day. I wouldn't hesitate to book Andrew for any other jobs I need done around the apartment. It was a five-star experience from start to finish and I'm glad I found the Handy Andy Squad.

He confirmed our appointment the evening before, arrived on time, and promptly got to work after greeting me. He painted my kitchen, bathroom, and a wall in the living room...and my apartment now looks amazing! He also installed a new showerhead and changed my toilet seat in literally less than 5 minutes. Throughout the day, he was also very conversational and friendly. More importantly, I felt that I could trust him with my apartment and belongings, as I left for a couple of hours while he was still working.
