After leaving multiple messages and not getting a call back I started to look for another plumber. That is when Jim called me back. We had a great conversation and I thought I finally found someone. I really felt like we came to a mutual agreement about the way things work up in Milford, PA. We parted ways on our last conversation about him coming to our house to look at our system to determine what if anything was needed. Jim said it was a slim chance that he could come by but would try. I had my hopes up. I was not looking to do the work on that particular visit but was hoping to build a working relationship with him moving forward and to see when we could schedule the service that was needed. As you can guess he never showed up or called to say he was not coming. So...I left a message again. This time Jim called back within the hour. He stated he was having medical problems and was not able to make it to our house. Fair enough, It was a long shot anyway and I was not upset. We left off that he would touch base with me and try to reschedule. Well after waiting days for Jim to call back, I decided to call and leave a message. This time the message I left was clear and concise. Do you or don't you want to do the work? Please tell me straight up so I can either work with you or start by calling other companies. I said if I don't hear back from you your silence will speak volumes. Guess what...no one called back! See the pattern? I for the life of me cannot figure out why Rich Plumbing does not want my business. Oh well. I honestly can't comment on any work this company does because I couldn't get them to call me back let alone come to my house. Good Luck.

We discovered a huge water leak from our Hot Water Heater the day before New Years Eve. We called…read more3 different Plumbing companies and left messages. The only plumber who responded was Bilach Plumbing. Sara from the office called back in one hour from our original call. Dan Bilach was in the area and after sending him some pictures he came right over to look at the problem. He diagnosed the issue; we needed a new tank and storage tank. He was very knowledgeable and explained the problem and what it would entail to fix. His prices were fair and reasonable, and Dan said he could do the repair either later that day or early the next morning!! WOW!!! He wanted to get this fixed immediately for us as the holiday was fast approaching. He left with a promise to hunt down everything he needed to complete the job. Within 2 hours we had a hot water heater delivered to our house. Sara, who was very kind, courteous and understood our panic contacted us throughout the day with updates as to when Dan would be able to come to install the tanks. Dan was working other jobs that day but committed to us and sure enough he arrived later that day. Within 2 hours Dan and his helper were able to install our new tanks, cleaned up any mess and wished us a Happy New Year!!! We are thrilled that Bilach Plumbing took this project on for us!!!
