His workers that he claimed graduated from HVAC training school, did not know what they were doing. Charlie was not much better. He advertises himself as a licensed expert HVAC installer, but he did not know how to wire the Bosch system. He claimed it was a new model, and he had not installed it before. After we had no heat in the sub-freezing winter temperatures, he had to call the company for step-by-step instructions. The noise level of this system is unbearable and sounds like a wind tunnel. We have to increase the volume on the TV when the heat kicks on. In October he promised to install a noise reduction system in the attic (at my expense). It is now June and I am still waiting even though I have asked him numerous times when he is coming. He says we live too far away. Well, he shouldn't have taken the job if it was too far to travel to our property. The service has been terrible. At this point he will not even return my texts and calls to schedule the spring maintenance which was included in the price. Needless to say, I do not recommend this company for any HVAC work. Months later I found out he closed the business and moved out of state! How do these people sleep at night?

This was a 2 day project using the 1st day to remove the old system and seal ducts and day 2 to install and test the new system. They arrived on time with all the necessary parts and equipment to handle any potential problems. During the duct sealing process, it was determined that the existing duct structure had the equivalent of a 25.8 square hole. After sealing, this was reduced to the equivalent of a 2.3 square inch hole. IMPRESSIVE ! The new system was installed per plan and has been running well for over a month which includes one or two 90 degree days. It is so quiet that one can hardly hear it. The 3 man team were very personable, neat, efficient and explained things clearly as work progressed. If you need a CAC system, call Besson 1st before anyone else

After leaving multiple messages and not getting a call back I started to look for another plumber. That is when Jim called me back. We had a great conversation and I thought I finally found someone. I really felt like we came to a mutual agreement about the way things work up in Milford, PA. We parted ways on our last conversation about him coming to our house to look at our system to determine what if anything was needed. Jim said it was a slim chance that he could come by but would try. I had my hopes up. I was not looking to do the work on that particular visit but was hoping to build a working relationship with him moving forward and to see when we could schedule the service that was needed. As you can guess he never showed up or called to say he was not coming. So...I left a message again. This time Jim called back within the hour. He stated he was having medical problems and was not able to make it to our house. Fair enough, It was a long shot anyway and I was not upset. We left off that he would touch base with me and try to reschedule. Well after waiting days for Jim to call back, I decided to call and leave a message. This time the message I left was clear and concise. Do you or don't you want to do the work? Please tell me straight up so I can either work with you or start by calling other companies.
