    Right after I had Wyatt from T Webber snake out 2 clogs in my house. We went around & checked out…read moremy 70 year old septic tank. The tank & drainage was a nightmare or practically nonexistent . We heard water flowing into the tank which is not a good sign . Wyatt suggested I have him and Alvin come and take a look and inspect the tank further in a couple of days . Much to my surprise, I got a call the very next day. The very next day I had a call from T Webber stating that Alvin and Wyatt were on route to my house. The next day after he cleared the clog out for me in my house . Alvin and Wyatt showed up . Did an inspection, answered every question I could possibly have. By the end of that conversation, we had called Tiffany up on the phone, and got a prorate at a good price with good APR, and the loan was approved . Alvin, wyatt, and Tiff made my day an took so much weight off my mind. Alvin explained everything down to a science Wyatt went over everything with me and reassured me and Tiffany found the best rate possible for me and was reassuring as the loan came in to verify every detail of the job that would be taking place. A weight was lifted . I was worried about so many different things . These guys at T Webber were an amazing group of people, that reassured me, and helped me to realize that every problem has a solution, and made every solution possible where I didn't have to worry about a thing . They answered every question in triplicate lol. As many times as I'd ask, they were courteous and I enjoyed the time they spent in my home going over the description of the job details that would take place . These guys are some of the best people you will ever want to meet . A company that goes above and beyond to help Rectify any problem you might have whether it be septic clogs or any other issues with plumbing and heating services. These technicians are the pros . They're all well worth their weight in gold ! I was actually sorry to see them go but I look forward to seeing them back when the job begins . Tiffany made everything so easy and comfortable for me to go over with me so many different payment plans and options that would fit my budget . The guys sat with me for as long as it took to get everything we needed in place for availability explanation of job description as well as the engineers that would be coming with the excavator to do the initial dig . Alvin described every part of it as he looked over every part of the property to find the best way to accommodate this whole nightmare of a situation that I had . By the time he got done. Him & Wyatt had me relieved to know that everything would be taken care of promptly . Thanks to all the staff and technicians at T Webber. You guys Rock!!!

Areas of improvement- Their virtual assistant that picks up when you call is atrocious. Took the appointment but they dispatched the wrong guys for the job I needed done. I also was trying to get someone at twebber and dealing with the AI assistant to call back the person who called me is impossible. The plumbing manager Matthew is a moron. 1/10 do not recommend. Don't bother dealing with him. The pricing is absolutely insane. They charged me 5700 for a job that took less than two hours and maybe 100 worth of materials. Legitimately- it should've been half of that. My sewer line detached from the clean out line. Twebber will come immediately. So my recommendation is call a few other companies in an emergency first. If they can get to you quickly you will save a ton of money. If none of them can come quickly, Twebber will but you're gonna get RAKED.

    We recently had a boiler and hot water heater put in this week and so glad we decided to have WK do…read morethe job. Everyone that I had encountered during this process is extremely professional and helpful in answering any questions and concerns. The customer service after the install is definitely what it should be after a sale. Troy and Tyler who did the install came on time and was able to get started as soon as they arrived and did not break until the job was completed. Noticed that evening the water was not as hot as it was earlier and called for service and they sent out Art the repairman first thing the following morning. He was very patient as he troubled shoot the problem for several hours. Come to find wires that lead to one of the thermostats. I would presume it was like looking for a needle in a haystack. Regardless he worked on it until he found the problem. If anyone is considering to have any work done, I would highly recommend them and will be coming back to them when it is time to replace our A/C unit

    We called WK to eval an AC unit which was not working. I was advised to turn the unit off in case…read morethe coils were frozen so the tech could work with the coil if necessary. I followed their advice. When the tech got to my house about an hour later, the ice had melted and dripped onto the furnace. The tech said my FURNACE was ruined and I needed a new 8k one! He took pix of the water and said "the whole thing is rusted" ( How does something rust in an hour??) Now our furnace was only a year old- under warranty- and we needed to get a second opinion. We called another company who fixed the problem for $100 and a new thermostat for $30. The second company said although there was a little water it did not cause the problem. Water had nothing to do with the problem. Problem was that my thermostat was not communicating well with the system. We also needed a new "board." This was under warranty. The entire system is working perfectly. WK is charging us $180 for the service call! We have received emails asking when we will go forward with the replacement!!!! We called WK today and spoke with the service manager who stood by WK's very incorrect evaluation. We feel that our reasonable complaint fell on deaf ears. WK was full of excuses. Watch out!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!! We will pay their bill but with protest.

    Wallace owns Carpenter and Smith, so the issues that have come from Carpenter and Smith seem very…read morefitting to review under Wallace as any potential customer should be aware of the lack of service or danger to their home heating system by choosing Wallace/Carpenter and Smith. Carpenter and Smith has been the gift that just keeps giving. 5 months after cancelling with them due to poor customer service as well as technical service. 12 services calls to fix the issue that was never fixed.... And I just found out that they missed another mark that I told them about but they denied it being an issue. Please see my reviews to better understand how each technician as well as supervisor contradict another over issues all at the cost of my boiler not working properly or left with poor parts that can cause damage to it. As well, matters brought to their attention are never a big deal until they actually become one and then it always was a big deal. The great snafu of October 2024, started with the technician swearing my circulator needed to be replaced because it was old.... Nope, they wired my zones valves wrong. They replaced it any way and it made an awful noise every time it ran. I brought this to their attention. It was not a big deal. Every service call after that, I told them my circulator never sounded like that. They told me it was normal. 5 months later. Guess what, my Aquastat needed to be replaced and it had needed to be replaced for some time. It had been going bad. You know how you can tell, noises. The noise was it going bad. Carpenter and Smith misdiagnosed my whole system and almost created even more costly issues for me. A different HVAC company came out and have since remedy the destruction that Carpenter and Smith did to my boiler. Every call with C & S, I mentioned noises and nuances the boiler started to make after they replaced my zone valves and every time each technician told me they weren't issues. Now my circulator runs without making noises. Now my heat shuts off appropriately. Now the system is running more efficiently. Shame on you, Carpenter and Smith.

    Had these guys come to service our HVAC system that had stopped working. Technician came took a…read morelook for a few minutes, and figured that the problem was the control board and charged us $400 plus the service call and then left. After a few weeks of waiting for the part we called to find out an update and were told that the part should be in soon but we should just replace the entire system for some insanely amount of money! I said we'd consider it if we can't get it fixed. When the part finally came in a different tech who wasn't familiar with the system returned to install it. Then we found that we still had the same problem and that things still weren't working properly. The tech couldn't figure out the problem and that he'd need to go back to the shop to look at a schematic so he charged us for the service call and installation and left never to be heard from again. When we called to follow-up we were told to replace the system or don't call them back becuase they don't want to service the system because it's too old. Yet another company who just wants to 'sell' new systems to people who have older units. Again, this wouldn't be a problem if the system was completely shot and non functioning. But these guys just didn't want to take the time to figure out the problem and fix it. Techs were nice enough but what's with these attitudes in the office? Needless to say, I was able to find someone else from a smaller local service that pinpointed the problem which turned out to be a pulled wire from a plug which mysteriously happened during the previous part installation and a bad relay. He ordered the parts and came back to install them within a week. less than $50! It was unbelievable that these guys wanted to charge me to replace my unit. It's still working a year later with no problems! Go figure! Customer beware! The name says it all!

    I had a mini split system installed in 2021 by CR Wolfe and after the first year, it required an…read moreaddition of refrigerant due to an apparent leak. The tech was unable to find the leak, but charged the system and got it working well again. This happened again this summer and again it was restored briefly to working order. When it happened a third time, the service department sent out an amazing tech named Thomas who was determined to solve the problem once and for all. Thomas worked diligently much of the day, found the original problem, but continued to test to prove that it was the only problem! I had paid for the previous calls, but when Thomas found the problem it was clear that it was an installation error and reported this back to his supervisor. Now comes the part that separates this company from so many others; when I sent a letter requesting they consider refunding my previous service charges, the management agreed and promptly send a check for those charges. This fair, customer first attitude is so rare in these times and has made me a great fan of CR Wolfe (and their amazing tech Thomas!) WELL DONE! Bon
