So all this transpired on Friday night 10/23/2026 Called for Afterhours plumbing after the water pipe from my wellhead to the house cracked. Plumber called when on the way and stated he would only be able to give an Estimate for repairs and more than likely not have the equipment needed to fix the issue. Plumber came quick but was unable to fix it. Stated would need an excavator to dig up entire line. I stated that's fine. Was then informed it would approximately be 10/28 before they could get someone with an excavator out here even after seeing I had two children in the house and at that time no running water in the house at all. ended up calling a competitor company the next morning and they showed up with all the equipment needed to do the job including an excavator and had the pipe replaced and water back in the house in about 90minutes along with being priced a lot lower than what T.E. Spall estimated for the same work. Homeowners beware: don't waste your money on this company they only care about taking your money. They have no intentions of attempting to do the right thing.
