We will be forever grateful to him for pointing them to us. Long story short, in 9 degree weather, outside and in, they worked all day New Year's Eve and part of the day after New Year's and got the job done. They would have finished on New Year's Eve, but they found the reason for the drained water and replaced a large section of pipe. The brand-new furnace is a thing of beauty. They even hooked up a fire and carbon monoxide sensor near the furnace as a safety precaution. Another extra they did was move a lot of junk out of the way to get the furnace in place and the old one out. You know how basements can get. My wife and I are both disabled, and we never would have been able to do it ourselves. As for cost, our home-owner's insurance paid for everything, and they didn't think the cost was excessive. I honestly don't know furnace and service prices, so I'd have to go along with what the insurance company said. Needless to say, I highly recommend these guys.

I also explained that I worked and see clients in my office and would have to block off time for the cleaning process. She indicated that if a deep cleaning is required, it will take approximately 4 hours, and their service tech would be able to determine arrival. I blocked off my calendar accordingly. When the tech arrived, he stated he was here to clean the HVAC, which would be about 2 hours. I asked about what if you need to do a deep cleaning for mold. He said that a deep cleaning would need to be scheduled separately as he was told this was only a standard cleaning and would not have time to perform a deep cleaning. I was confused and explained that the woman stated he would do deep if I needed to. He said that if a deep cleaning were required, it would need to be scheduled. I asked if there was an additional fee for them to come back, and he stated yes but was unaware of the charge. When I received my invoice, the labor breakdown charge for 135.00 and a separate charge for 20.00 plus tax for coil cleaner for 156.20, I contacted the office to pay but questioned why I was being charged for the coil cleaner that should be included in the service. The agent said that it was not. If I paid 20.00 for the cleaner, why do I not have the contents of the remaining cleaner? She scoffed at me. I also explained that coil cleaner at Home Depot is less expensive. She said I am sure it is, but we use our product, and this is a business, and as a business, there is a markup. I told her that she would lose my patronage based on her attitude and disregard for customers. She said, look, if we are going to lose you over 20.00, I don't know what to say--are you going to pay your bill with a credit card or not. I told her that she would not lose me over 20.00 but what appears to be a questionable charge and poor customer service. The woman was rude and not concerned other than collecting payment. I told her to send the invoice to collections, at which point she hung up the phone. I later called back to speak to an owner or manager to discuss my experience and to pay with my credit card---I was sent to voice mail. I left a message requesting that a supervisor or owner contact me. Certainly not impressed. It is hard to believe they have been in business for over 13 years if customers are treated poorly for inquiring.

Weil MClain has a different opinion. 5 times I had Pica out to my home. If it was done right the first time it wouldn't have taken 4 more times. And it still wasn't right. So I am not one to leave reviews unless its outstanding service or absuletly horrible service well…read morehorrible service is the ticket starting with number 1 appointment was for 6 pm today when 6 rolled around no call no text nothing I texted the guy hey when are you going to be here he said be there in 30 showed up got started didn't know how to install the most common heating oil filter that comes right off the tank number 2 after everything was completed and he was about to do the combustion test I told the guy oil is leaking he looked at it checked a few things and said well its comming from the middle we didn't touch anything over there I told him we'll nothing was leaking when he got here and he performed the maintenance and now it is leaking so something he did caused it to start leaking then he started getting an attitude with me and I gave it right back to him so not very professional at all than after going back and forth with him he finally removed some piece and checked his work again low and behold he didn't tighten down a screw he tightened the screw put everything back together and finally it wasn't leaking and slightly before all of this thr combustion test now its not totally his fault technology screwed up but the very important information for the next guy to do maintenance on your boiler needs what ever information is on the combustion test which his printer wasn't working so not his fault but still didn't get the Information the nest guy will need and finally after everything was all said and done he was cleaning up his tools and grabbed the bucket with approximately 2 gallons worth of heating oil in the 5 gallon bucket which he wasted by not turning off the oil he than proceeded to ask me can I leave this here or can I dump it outside somewhere ummmmmmm...... no you can't leave it here and no you can't dump it out in my yard I have 2 dogs and a 3 year old running around no you can't dispose of the heating oil in my yard I told him there is a parking lot up the road dump it there but that's where he crossed the line he isn't okay with dumping on other people's property but the customer that is paying him that's okay tho absuletly horrible experience I will NEVER BE USEING THIS COMPANY AGAIN im located in white haven to beware DONT USE THEM
