After calling him on his cell phone and calling the office phone number for 3 days, he finally called me and said he was very sick, was in the hospital and he was slowly getting back to work. Based on his explanation, we rescheduled the equipment installation for 11/11/24 through 11/13/24. I've been calling him and texting him for 3 days and prior to the rescheduled 11/11/24 equipment installation. He again failed to show up to complete the work he was paid for and he has not called back or texted me at all. I believe that this is a consumer fraud/scam and is a breach of contract by failure to perform the work he was paid for via my $7,500 deposit. My check dated August 21,2024 was cashed on August 26,2024. Please help as I would like my $7,500 payment. I would like my $7,500 payment returned. I believe this was a scam and a fraud. This was a 2 day project using the 1st day to remove the old system and seal ducts and day 2 to install and test the new system. They arrived on time with all the necessary parts and equipment to handle any potential problems. During the duct sealing process, it was determined that the existing duct structure had the equivalent of a 25.8 square hole. After sealing, this was reduced to the equivalent of a 2.3 square inch hole. IMPRESSIVE ! The new system was installed per plan and has been running well for over a month which includes one or two 90 degree days. It is so quiet that one can hardly hear it. Frank still charged us $210. He claimed that the elements were still bad, even thought the cause of the short was somewhere else. Frank is a very personable guy.
