Outstanding Service & True Technical Expertise!…read more If you are looking for a plumbing company that actually knows what they are doing and doesn't just give you a generic corporate runaround, Precision Plumbing and Mitigation is the absolute real deal. I had a complex main line issue that required not just a standard snaking, but heavy-duty diagnostic and mitigation work. From the moment they arrived, the team was incredibly methodical, highly professional, and completely transparent about the physical state of my drainage system. What sets them apart is their attention to detail. They didn't just punch a quick hole through the blockage and call it a day; they took the time to address the root cause of the issue, explained the structural dynamics of the pipe layout, and ensured the line was completely flushed and properly mitigated against future backups. Their equipment is top-tier, their technician's troubleshooting skills are sharp, and their customer service is top-notch. Dealing with mainline and pipe issues can be incredibly stressful, but Precision Plumbing and Mitigation handled the job flawlessly from start to finish. I cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone looking for honest, expert physical plumbing and mitigation work. Five stars all day long!

We turned the system off and contacted TE Spall & Son for service. Within an hour or so of the start of business, we received a phone call and were kindly offered priority service that same morning. The technician, Aaron, arrived not long after, fixed the problems we had, answered tons of questions I had, and performed routine maintenance that was badly needed. We were very satisfied with the professional and timely service, so we signed up for a service plan. Overall, it was a great experience. HIGHLY recommended!

Spent $153 just for them to tell me that my children and myself would have to deal with no running water for possibly 4 days. So all this transpired on Friday night 10/23/2026 Called for Afterhours plumbing after the water pipe from my wellhead to the house cracked. Plumber called when on the way and stated he would only be able to give an Estimate for repairs and more than likely not have the equipment needed to fix the issue. Plumber came quick but was unable to fix it. Stated would need an excavator to dig up entire line. I stated that's fine. Was then informed it would approximately be 10/28 before they could get someone with an excavator out here even after seeing I had two children in the house and at that time no running water in the house at all. ended up calling a competitor company the next morning and they showed up with all the equipment needed to do the job including an excavator and had the pipe replaced and water back in the house in about 90minutes along with being priced a lot lower than what T.E. Spall estimated for the same work. Homeowners beware: don't waste your money on this company they only care about taking your money. They have no intentions of attempting to do the right thing.

I kills me to even give this guy one star. He is by far the most unprofessional business owner I…read morehave ever had contact with. This guy was used after I had an inspection done on a home I was purchasing that failed the heating portion. The heat was NOT working per the inspector. The seller hired this guy who per his 3500.00 invoice that he checked circulator pump and checked boiler and all "seem" to be in good working order. This was June. Well I turned my heat on for first time in October and no heat and very loud banging continuously! I called a reputable company I know of and they came out said the circulating pump was shot and not functioning at all and the lines were full of air. I called this Mr. Healey guy to question what was done as this was a major part of this failed inspection for me to purchase this home and he stated right off the bat with a horrible tone, I don't know what your talking about ...what house. So when I stated about the banging he said " that's air in the lines" So as I proceeded to give address of where he claimed he did service he stated who was the seller oh ya I know the house. I said ok can I ask what you serviced and he stated " we do not service we just look at ". ( ok...sooooo if you immediately told me its air in the lines at the beginning of our conversation before you knew all details you LIED!!)I said well wait a minute you were hired by seller because the heat failed inspection due to it not working. He then changed his story and said " oh no I remember now, " I had that place cookin' " heat worked fine". I said really because you JUST said you do not service just LOOK and then you admitted banging is air in the lines and NOW you say it worked fine. I will reiterate....it did not work fine when he got there IT FAILED HOME INSPECTION!!!!! This guy is a liar and a thief and a disgrace in general!! I have already spent a ton of money to have a new heating company come ion, replace the circulating pump and add bleeders as there were NONE. This was part of my stipulation of buying this home was to have this heat in working order. This fool THEN proceeds to tell me.. How come you waited until now and not in June. My question back to him was " DO YOU PUT YOUR HEAT ON IN JUNE, JULY, AUIGUST AND SPETEMBER?? NO!!! I and why because I ALONG with the SELLER TRUSTED THIS COMPANY!!! After I asked him for an itemized breakdown of his findings he said it was working when I was there don't know what to tell you. I did tell him I will have to go to the magistrate as this was part of my contract/inspection to buy this home and he said " you do what you gotta do lady" and hung up on me! Cant even believe a business OWNER conducts himself this way!! DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY and I will BE SURE to spread the word all OVER SOCIAL MEDIA AS WELL!!! May I add for the "CHECK" of heat and a new circuit breaker box he charged $3500.00!! SHAME ON YOU FOR RIPPING EVERYONE OFF!!! ONE WORD............KARMA!!!!!!

I needed a handyman to repair sections of 2 exterior door frames that had received damage during an…read moreunauthorized entry attempt at my apartment and I wanted to pass the move-out inspection and have my security deposit returned to me without any deductions. I have to say, my apartment isn't in the best shape; the foundation is uneven, the walls within are crumbling and everything is being held together by duct tape... Brownell was quick to contact me. When he called, he was very informative and professional. He had availability the next day, so I received a fair quote and decided to move forward. I booked him for the following week and felt a sigh of relief. The day before the appointment, he called to confirm and even texted the morning of at 7am to say he was en-route. At 8am, he was at my apartment with everything he needed. I quickly showed him my problem and figured he would just spackle the cracks in the door frame and call it quits. Instead, he removed the damaged boards from the back door and replaced them with new boards. He even purchased white boards to match my door, so I didn't have to paint the trim to match the door. This door had been kicked in so the lock mechanism was missing and only being secured with a latch lock. I didn't feel safe the whole time it was broke. He fixed the inside of the door jamb and I could lock it once again. A few minutes later, I had to run to the laundromat, so when I left he was removing the trim off the front door. He called when he was done and when I returned, the front door was fixed perfectly! Because, part of the door frames looked so new and I didn't want my landlord to know there had been damage, so I used a tea bag to stain it so it looked dirty and tattered like the rest of the door frame. (it worked!) I really appreciate being able to support a local minority business, especially during this time. But more importantly, I wanted a honest, qualified and reputable business and I got just that! I had previously dealt with a different handyman who scammed me and a well known construction company who didn't provide the best service because my request was too small so I received sub-standard results... So, going into this I was skeptical and praying for a legitimate handyman. He was exactly that! I've passed his business contact onto everyone in my local area.
