This guy was used after I had an inspection done on a home I was purchasing that failed the heating portion. The heat was NOT working per the inspector. The seller hired this guy who per his 3500.00 invoice that he checked circulator pump and checked boiler and all "seem" to be in good working order. This was June. Well I turned my heat on for first time in October and no heat and very loud banging continuously! I called a reputable company I know of and they came out said the circulating pump was shot and not functioning at all and the lines were full of air. I called this Mr. Healey guy to question what was done as this was a major part of this failed inspection for me to purchase this home and he stated right off the bat with a horrible tone, I don't know what your talking about ...what house. So when I stated about the banging he said " that's air in the lines" So as I proceeded to give address of where he claimed he did service he stated who was the seller oh ya I know the house. I said ok can I ask what you serviced and he stated " we do not service we just look at ". ( ok...sooooo if you immediately told me its air in the lines at the beginning of our conversation before you knew all details you LIED!!)I said well wait a minute you were hired by seller because the heat failed inspection due to it not working. He then changed his story and said " oh no I remember now, " I had that place cookin' " heat worked fine". I said really because you JUST said you do not service just LOOK and then you admitted banging is air in the lines and NOW you say it worked fine. I will reiterate....it did not work fine when he got there IT FAILED HOME INSPECTION!!!!! This guy is a liar and a thief and a disgrace in general!! I have already spent a ton of money to have a new heating company come ion, replace the circulating pump and add bleeders as there were NONE. This was part of my stipulation of buying this home was to have this heat in working order. This fool THEN proceeds to tell me.. How come you waited until now and not in June. My question back to him was " DO YOU PUT YOUR HEAT ON IN JUNE, JULY, AUIGUST AND SPETEMBER?? NO!!! I and why because I ALONG with the SELLER TRUSTED THIS COMPANY!!! After I asked him for an itemized breakdown of his findings he said it was working when I was there don't know what to tell you. I did tell him I will have to go to the magistrate as this was part of my contract/inspection to buy this home and he said " you do what you gotta do lady" and hung up on me! Cant even believe a business OWNER conducts himself this way!! DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY and I will BE SURE to spread the word all OVER SOCIAL MEDIA AS WELL!!! The younger guy did all the talking and work, while the older guy just stood around and watched. The younger guy was a good salesperson, and against my better judgment, I went with him on an expensive toilet. I didn't know that if two guys come, they charge you for both. The old guy did nothing. Since the toilet was installed, I've noticed some small issues. The plastic is coming off the handle of the flusher, the toilet seat if locked to the seat. What if you want to change it you can't. You may not think this a bother but, if you paid that much you expect better quality.
