The feng shui in the room was already problematic so we were looking to create balance and harmony. But the tv looks strange and the feng shui is now balance will be very difficult to achieve. In addition, I was considering purchasing a larger tv for the room, but now I'm not sure one will fit or be aesthetically pleasing. We were told it was installed at "eye level". He was supposed to call ahead to let us know when he'd be arriving, but instead showed up without notice. Part of the agreement included filling in all cracks before sealing, but several were left untouched. He also promised to apply two coats of sealant but barely managed one -- and the coverage was noticeably uneven. His equipment broke down multiple times (including different machines), causing a four-day delay in what should have been a straightforward job. It was clear throughout the process that he lacked the necessary knowledge and expertise for the work. To make matters worse, he caused a scene at the end, demanding payment despite the poor quality and incomplete work. We do not recommend Richards General Contracting for any commercial or professional sealing projects.
