Arpad gave us a free estimate. We then began our flooring project a couple of weeks later in September 2021. Arpad was absolutely amazing. Professional, attentive, punctual, funny, and just overall a great man. We are so happy he did the flooring at our home. It is amazing what a good floor can do to your home. He gave us a date in which the project would be done and he absolutely delivered it. Arpad is also a man of integrity. During the project, he was honest with us about certain things he observed in the house. Instead of cutting corners, he addressed the issues and asked if we wanted to fix certain issues prior to putting the flooring down. I appreciated his transparency. This is the type of person you want working for you. If you are looking for new floors, sanding, hardwood floor/laminate installation, Arpad is the man to call. He goes above and beyond. I would 100% recommend.

Rob was a perfect fit for the project being a solo-craftsman where he had ultimate control of quality; no subs to chase around and no need communicate the scope and details through multiple parties. Rob being a solo contractor was certainly not limiting either; the project had a mix of structural floor framing, new and replacement windows, exterior door and trim modifications, and many interior finish details to execute. I can't emphasize craftsman enough. He knows how to achieve high quality results with his process. He has solutions and tricks-of-the-trade for any issues and 'head scratchers' we had along the way. On top of this he is a pleasure to work with and made the project seem easy! Thank you Rob!

Our kitchen was originally designed by them 20 years ago, and to our delight, the very same designer, Leigh, took on our project once again. Leigh went above and beyond in every way. She worked tirelessly with the cabinet company to ensure we could get the exact replacements we needed, and her communication throughout the entire process was exceptional. She clearly put a great deal of time and care into helping us, even though this wasn't a large renovation job. Thanks to Leigh, our kitchen looks like new again--and we couldn't be more grateful. We highly recommend working with Leigh and Rhinebeck Kitchen and Bath for any kitchen project, big or small. You'll be in the absolute best hands.

Who doesn't want to work with a much more affordable version of a "Chip and Joann"? We primarily saw and worked with Joe, while Karly is more behind the scenes. I had a poor experience with the folks I hired to do the water mitigation work, originally planning to have them also do the remodel and then just really bad luck trying to hire another contractor-lots of no shows, or folks who showed up for the estimate but then not follow through when I tried to hire them. After all that, dealing with Joe was like a breath of fresh air. He came out to check out my space within a week of contacting him, took his time looking around and telling me his thoughts, which I appreciated. When he was a day or two later than he mentioned getting me the written estimate, he reached out to let me know. He followed up after the estimate, which I received during a super busy time personally, and I was ready to schedule the work but had to postpone, due to last minute travel for work. We agreed on a date after I returned, and again he followed up to make sure we were still on. This kind of communication has been unheard of, in my experience with hiring other professionals to work on my house, and I really appreciated it. Joe has been responsive, reliable, and friendly throughout, accommodated my work schedule and any interactions I had with his team were also fine. I'm very pleased with the work he did to restore my basement-it looks great and I can't wait to unpack all my stuff and start getting some use out of it (and also show it off)!! All in all, I would totally hire Eden again-and you should, too!
