The pitch allowed for some space between the house's furnace motor, but was threatened, as was the hot water heater. I called the 800 number at 1:30 a.m. and received at call back from Mike at approximately 2 a.m. Start there: who does that? He told me he would have a crew out the next day. I bailed as much water as I could with large buckets, up and down the stairs and out into the ice storm to keep the water from threatening the furnace. The guys arrived at ~ 9 a.m. and had the system replaced within an hour. Bad roads, middle of the night call and B Dry of Wappingers, responded and had everything done before 10 a.m. the next morning. What can I say? That my friends, is SERVICE!!!
