They were great they did the job VERY well and quickly. Was a bit costly, but probably no more than other masonry work from other shops. And the work was good. One note: they did wind up with a paint color which came out different than I expected, based on what I selected. The first time there was a slight problem, and I called and he came back on the first no rain day and fixed it right of the bat. It looks good and I am satisfied that the work is well done. We waited a long time to write this review. We needed slate steps at one of our property remediated along re-installation of large slate piece that fell off the stairs. This was a test, knowing that we have several other locations. They charged +$1200 to essentially glue on a slate piece (that we supplied) back onto the steps. However, when we inquired about remediation of the steps (so people would not slip) they never responded. They have amazing payment technology options (which we love). They are also super attentive to gain business but once we paid there was ZERO interest in addressing our concerns. We are company that is excited about supporting veterans but we are realizing that for some it's just a ploy at times to get business. Just do your due diligence. read more

Poured the remainder of the water in the concrete mixer on my front lawn, onto the septic field. I'm still breaking hard spots up with my pitchfork. Left small chunks of concrete and gravel in the front yard as well. They put in a big ugly solid block of concrete in front of my front door, way too large for my small house, with a nice little dip where water pooled near the foundation. Had it ripped out and replaced the next Spring. Nobody returned my calls regarding the dip. Over $3,000 wasted, at least on my end. Like Great Spaces P. wrote, do your due diligence. read more

I had a replacement and repair work done on my chimney. the work done by the company was excellent and I have no issues with the actual masonry work done at my home. my issue was with some lawn damage done by the company while working at my home. They drove their truck onto my lawn while it was wet from rain and got the truck stuck up to the axil. It was an accident, and I understand that. The problem was that they promised to bring in some dirt and fill in the ruts and holes made by the truck being stuck. I was told time after time that thy would be here the next day to repair the damage done by their company, but it never happened. This went on for over 2 months and it got to a point that I had to buy dirt myself and do the repair work myself. my wife and myself were more than patient with the company but the lack of response to fix the problem left a very bad taste in my mouth. In fact, i was ready to hire them to do some other masonry work but couldn't after this mess. read more
