They charged me over $500 to put a few drops of caulking on top of already existing screws (picture attached.) Sure enough, the roof leaked again, this time I climbed on the roof to see what has been done. That is when I discovered that all they did was to place single drops of Caulking on top of already existing screws. I hired another roofer and had the skylight sealed and the leak stopped, even with the recent heavy rain. This new roofer charged me only $350 for the work. My mistake was that I trusted Star Roofing's words, and did not go up on the roof to check the work myself. Lesson learned! The awful thing is that not only I would never trust this company ever again, but now I can't trust other good workers who actually do what they charge a costumer for. Yes, unfortunately one BAD APPLE, ruins the whole box.

The schedule was delayed a day due to rain, however they arrived the following day right on time, and the entire process was completed in one day. I scheduled for this on a Monday and service was completed Saturday. Quick turn around! And they left my home and lawn area super clean. My only nitpick is their trailer stayed on my property for 3 days after the work was completed, this was just an inconvenience. Otherwise, I was extremely happy with the service and my roof looks great.

They failed to complete the roof repair as outlined in my contract, and the improper repair resulted in a roof leak just a few months later. Rather than taking responsibility, they blamed my attic insulation, even though the issue was clearly related to their workmanship. They also damaged my shingles and siding while attempting a temporary fix without my permission. Communication was beyond poor, and scheduling repairs to address the roof and siding damage was frustrating. I never received a sincere apology or any real accountability. In the end, I reached the point where I refused to have this company back on my property. That was my decision, and it will cost me more in the long run, but I no longer had confidence in their work or customer service. I would give zero stars if I could.

I needed my house's gutters cleaned and the last company I used a couple of years ago forgot to do…read moremy detached garage's gutters (despite me mentioning it to them several times during the booking process) and then complained when they had to come back and finish the job. So, I went with a different company this year. The good news: A Fuller Service came when they said they would; their price ($200ish) for my house seemed reasonable; and their female receiptionist was very friendly. The bads news: First, they are impossible to get ahold of on the phone. I called during their business hours at least 8 times over the course of several weeks and never once got to talk to a real person despite pushing "1". Only leaving phone messages worked. Second, when I booked my appointment I was given a window of a couple of weeks for them to contact me with a final date when they would show up. When they did send me the date, it was in a text message and the message errorenously didn't list the date! I called them back to confirm but, you guessed it... phone message. Third, when they showed up the first time they forgot to do the gutters on my garage. That really bugs me, as I specifically mentioned it during booking and the receptionist told me that she left a note in the file. Upon seeing the garage roof gutters dirty, I called to complain but you guessed it... phone message. The did come back after to correct it. So, I dunno. If you don't mind leaving phone messages AND you are home when they arrive so you can point out things they will miss (despite telling them in advance to focus on) the process should be smooth. But I found it frustrating.

We had both the roof and siding replaced. The roof work was excellent from start to cleanup…read more Beautiful job. The siding project, which looks beautiful was a little different. They had to come back a few times to fix things that could have been avoided if done right the first time. They cut corners in areas that would not be seen by us, the homeowners. But we had another contractor doing work for us and they pointed out the issues. Last was that they did not do a good job at all of cleaning up after the siding job was completed. I'm still finding debris and this was done in May 2026.
