They also damaged my shingles and siding while attempting a temporary fix without my permission. Communication was beyond poor, and scheduling repairs to address the roof and siding damage was frustrating. I never received a sincere apology or any real accountability. In the end, I reached the point where I refused to have this company back on my property. That was my decision, and it will cost me more in the long run, but I no longer had confidence in their work or customer service. I would give zero stars if I could.
