Steps are being taken to fix things, and the owner is regretful that things happened as they did. I appreciate it. (I'm so glad, because Anthony does seem like a delightful guy, and I would like his company to succeed. As long as clients concerns are taken seriously, I think it will! ;) I am shocked. I wish I had read the review already posted before we hired them. Our brand new, just-stained railing somehow managed to get all nicked up and gauged today. I understand accidents happen, and there is always a slim possibility of other reasons, but when pointed out, the response was, "We weren't even working there." What? It's exactly where they were working! And, "there's nothing that would have scratched there." It's exactly where the sharp edged gutter was brought up over the railing. I couldn't believe the lack of accountability which continued. They actually tried to say there were other spots along the railing that were banged up, which was actually just not-perfect staining over bumpy wood grain...not the same thing at all as the gauges left. When they offered to stain the railings, I declined, as I just wanted them out as soon as possible after feeling so hoodwinked and disrespected Also attached it a photo of a gutter that they had banged up early in their visit. Though they ended up using it where it couldn't be seen, which is fine, it is proof that there is carelessness involved in their work. Also attached is the horribly cut hole through our brand new deck for the gutter and a crookedly installed gutter. Shoddy and unaccountable.

In my husband's younger days, he'd clean out gutters every pre-Autumn. Now? He might've attempted…read morethe cleaning himself, but he's so busy with his daytime position, our business and his side real estate hustle- he decided it was wiser to hire a professional. Hubs had been doing a lot of research about this company because not only did we want to get rid of the outdated gutters- but we wanted to also elevate our gutter installation with the addition of their well-known leaf-guard system that includes barriers such as spout 'gates' to prevent slithering creatures creeping. When we got the at-home tablet intro, we were sold. The gentleman (forgot name) was patient and answered all our questions and concerns about length of installation, removal of old gutters and disposal- which they took care of nicely. The day off, the two guys were on point and we appreciate that. But the brother working that hot day, had a keen eye for detail, measuring, cutting, aligning and organizational skills, However, between the at-home intro visit and the weeeeeeeks leading up to the installation, if we had additional questions, it was crickets and our messages weren't returned promptly. It's been about 2 or so months we got our new gutter system+package where they come on a scheduled basis to remove debris or what-have-you. I get the lack of phone customer skills these folks have- but their values are what separates them from all other companies hubs looked at and the price for them for the size of our home is fine. Despite what you might think, they take pride in their product and work to ensure clients are satisfied. At least we are.

I think they are trying to stall and just ride out the two year warranty to avoid taking responsibility. Ridiculous cost of more than $15,000. Worst choice i ever made

I hired The Brothers That Just Do Gutters in Fall 2025 to replace my existing gutters with seamless…read more6" gutters. The estimator was professional, took measurements, and provided what I felt was a fair quote. The installation crew completed the work using roof straps rather than attaching the gutters to the fascia board. This immediately raised concerns because my previous gutter system was secured to the fascia and tied into the rafters. When I contacted the company, I was told roof straps were used because I supposedly did not have a fascia board. Less than three months later, during the winter, approximately half of the front gutter detached from my house and snapped in half. Initially, I was told this was an "act of God." However, after the company inspected the installation, they discovered the roof strap spacing was significantly wider than New York recommendations, roughly 40 inches apart when spacing should have been approximately 18-24 inches. At that point, they replaced the damaged front gutter, added additional straps, inspected the rear gutters, and assured me everything else was fine. Unfortunately, a few months later I noticed one of the rear roof straps had completely detached, and the strap spacing in the back did not match the corrections made to the front. Around the same time, I contacted another local gutter company with nearly 50 years of experience for an estimate on gutter guards. During their inspection, they questioned why roof straps had been used at all because my home does, in fact, have a fascia board available for attachment. My biggest disappointment was not the initial failure itself, but the inconsistent explanations and quality concerns that followed. After spending thousands of dollars on a new gutter system, I expected an installation that would provide long-term reliability and peace of mind. Based on my experience, I would recommend homeowners thoroughly research their options, ask detailed questions about installation methods, and obtain multiple opinions before moving forward with a gutter replacement project.
