Excellent house washing service. I used this company as I saw several lawn signs in my…read moreneighborhood advertising them. So I contacted them and I'm glad I did. Most of my issues involved dirty soffits around the house and within a few minutes they were cleaner than I've ever seen them. The house and molding around windows and doors really stood out after washing. And they did all of this in about 30-45 minutes. Plus I noticed that after rinsing the soffits and walls they rinsed off any soap that may have landed on bushes I have near the house. Two guys did the work and answered all my questions before things started. Nice job guys.

The…read moreaccountability of the damage being done during the install is now there (which is all I really wanted, as I realize accidents easily happen in such cases). Steps are being taken to fix things, and the owner is regretful that things happened as they did. I appreciate it. (I'm so glad, because Anthony does seem like a delightful guy, and I would like his company to succeed. As long as clients concerns are taken seriously, I think it will! ;) I am shocked. I wish I had read the review already posted before we hired them. Our brand new, just-stained railing somehow managed to get all nicked up and gauged today. I understand accidents happen, and there is always a slim possibility of other reasons, but when pointed out, the response was, "We weren't even working there." What? It's exactly where they were working! And, "there's nothing that would have scratched there." It's exactly where the sharp edged gutter was brought up over the railing. I couldn't believe the lack of accountability which continued. They actually tried to say there were other spots along the railing that were banged up, which was actually just not-perfect staining over bumpy wood grain...not the same thing at all as the gauges left. When they offered to stain the railings, I declined, as I just wanted them out as soon as possible after feeling so hoodwinked and disrespected Also attached it a photo of a gutter that they had banged up early in their visit. Though they ended up using it where it couldn't be seen, which is fine, it is proof that there is carelessness involved in their work. Also attached is the horribly cut hole through our brand new deck for the gutter and a crookedly installed gutter. Shoddy and unaccountable.

I recommend All Star Roofing to anyone who needs work on their roof…read more The person to provide an estimate, Ben, arrived on time and found the problem with my leaking roof immediately. We call this company to have them come fix it, and have been told they are under new management. They have requested all the previously signed documents over several email requests, because they kept forgetting or needing different information. 11 emails back and forth finally resulted in me making a phone call to a Jenna Esopi. When I asked if they had received everything they needed and I could schedule a date to have my roof fixed, I was told the new management hadn't reviewed the paperwork yet and they couldn't come fix my roof until it was reviewed. Apparently the new owners are entirely electronic, and didn't have my contract on file. I just want my roof fixed! Why is it always such a headache to get these companies to do what they said they promised to do?

They protected my shrubs and lawn by putting down tarps to catch the old shingles, underlayment, and debris. The cleanup afterwards was amazing, I did not find a single piece of roof debris anywhere on the ground. They even fixed a loose piece of vinyl siding for me while they were up on their ladders. Their communication of details was on point, and they handled my surprisingly nosy neighbor and HOA president with professionalism and aplomb. I am 100% satisfied with the quality of their workmanship and price. If I had another roof to re-shingle, I would hire them again.
