I needed my house's gutters cleaned and the last company I used a couple of years ago forgot to do my detached garage's gutters (despite me mentioning it to them several times during the booking process) and then complained when they had to come back and finish the job. So, I went with a different company this year. The good news: A Fuller Service came when they said they would; their price ($200ish) for my house seemed reasonable; and their female receiptionist was very friendly. The bads news: First, they are impossible to get ahold of on the phone. I called during their business hours at least 8 times over the course of several weeks and never once got to talk to a real person despite pushing "1". Only leaving phone messages worked. Second, when I booked my appointment I was given a window of a couple of weeks for them to contact me with a final date when they would show up. When they did send me the date, it was in a text message and the message errorenously didn't list the date! I called them back to confirm but, you guessed it... phone message. Third, when they showed up the first time they forgot to do the gutters on my garage. That really bugs me, as I specifically mentioned it during booking and the receptionist told me that she left a note in the file. Upon seeing the garage roof gutters dirty, I called to complain but you guessed it... phone message. The did come back after to correct it. So, I dunno. If you don't mind leaving phone messages AND you are home when they arrive so you can point out things they will miss (despite telling them in advance to focus on) the process should be smooth. A Fuller Service has soft washed two shingle roofs on separate residences of ours and house washed one of our homes to be repainted. From living on well treed properties, there was a significant amount of moss growth on each home roof. We highly recommend them! They are reasonably priced, provide timely services and are all around professionals from the initial office contact to the actual work being done. They are the best! read more

We were very pleased with the job done in washing our house siding, cleaning our gutters, and cleaning our cement areas by Isiah and Tyler. These workers represent the Fuller Service company out of Watervliet, N.Y. They were ambitious, polite, and professional. Also, they were willing to answer our questions, and they accomodated our concerns. They did a phenomenal job. We are very meticulous customers! I read other reviews and was hopeful. Jim Fuller came to my house in the summer and gave me a quote for the north side of my house to remove moss on the roof. Also there was a small flat roof. However, he said they would have to come back in October so as not to damage ferns around the house. Got a handshake-he said he would remember no need to have a written contract. Started calling the second week in October and as others have said, very difficult to get through to a real person. After some back and forth finally scheduled for November 15th. The time got changed a couple of times, but opened the attachment in the message to see a quote for services that was $145 over what I was told. Once again could not get hold of a human, so when the workers called to say that they were on their way, I asked for the owner to call me. . He did and said he never could quote a price that low. I reminded him of my small house, but he said no, so I canceled. A lot of wasted time. Lesson learned to get things in writing. Do not depend on a handshake. Gave the rating 1 star since the one human you can occasionally talk to, Shannon, is very polite. read more

Had my house and roof washed about month ago first off they burned my grass and few bushes and to honest that didn't bother me to much understand things can happen. Plus going to redo my landscaping anyways so wasn't worried about that. But than I noticed that my gutters where REALLY flat/dole they weren't shiny and more. So come to find out there "gutter polishing" all that does is strip off the clear coat! Causing them to look like flat paint no GLOSS AT ALL anymore and they look like crap! Now that pissed me off! Won't call them back I never call someone back that screwed up my house from the start! So now I will have to replace ALL my gutters all the way around my house on 2nd floor and first floor before I can sell my house! Thank you for that Jim!! Gutter polishing my A**!
