We inherited a house in Lake George. Well it needed a lot of work was built in 1992 and dated. We hired a porch guy who not only did a bad job and took off with our money but just a nightmare. Then hire a contractor to do kitchen and all the bathrooms and install new floors threw out. Nothing but half ass work. I just can't say enough about how refreshing and not one second of stress to have found Clearview. Amazing to work with. We live in Huntington Beach ca. Come up here for a few weeks here and there. Friendly, professional, competitive pricing, and fantastic results. I work for Spot Coffee and I called them to have all of our windows cleaned for the first time in a while (we have at least 40 high ceiling and wall sized windows) and they were happy to take on the huge task of making the glass shine again! The owner John came out to make sure the job was done right and that our customers weren't being intruded upon during the service. They were able to work off all of the grease that had built up due to our cooking and oils in the air, and cleaned all of the sills and surrounding beams. Clearview was hired to wash the windows of my place of emoloyment by the landlord. It is a small retail shop in downtown Saratoga with floor to ceiling windows on three sides. In the 4 years I have worked there we have never had the windows cleaning by a pro, so the outsides were pretty grimey. Clear had a team attack that grime and show it who was boss!! The windows were crystal clear and really gave tbe entire shop a cleaner look! They came in worked quickly were extremly polite and paid attention to every corner. This is the second year that we've used Clearview to clean our exterior windows and screens, and we're very happy with their service and the job they did. They even helped me take out and replace some tricky screens. They washed two "screen" doors by hand so that there was no excess water between the two parts. The inside of the big skylight window was cleaned nicely and neatly. They prepped my skylight window to ensure that the sap was removed. John and Joel came out and pressure washed my cedar siding in addition to soft washing the shingle roof. Both jobs were done expertly and the results were amazing! The shingle roof that was sporting a "mossy" growth, ended up looking like new! The wood cedar siding we had them power wash in order to prep for a new coat of stain, this too turned out wonderfully. Gutter cleaning services are so helpful. Our house like many around Saratoga are surrounded by pine trees. Clearview does an excellent job of cleaning the gutters and spouts; then blowing off the roof so it doesn't immediately happen again.
