We saw an ad for them in The Chronicle, we called, set up an appointment for an assessment by Stephanie, and five days later a crew of 3 women arrived to clean, vacuum, polish, wash, scrub, and otherwise make our home sparkle from 3 chandeliers to the bathroom stall! Stephanie led the group, and they all worked together as a team, making it obvious that they are experienced in their profession and enjoyed working together. Each one spoke politely with my husband and I, and by the end of two hours we were on first name basis with Abbey and Mindy as well as Stephanie. Their price is totally reasonable. Their work gave me and my husband a big mood boost, so I've decided to have them come back every two weeks; they are that reasonably priced. A Plus Cleaning rocks!

In January we first met with Stanley who spent a great deal of time with us and answered our many questions about products and colors. Stanley explained every detail about tile installation that we were doing ourselves. We decided to paint our cabinets but I knew I would come back to this business and it's helpful staff. After kitchen construction was coming to a close we returned in July and worked with Stacey who was extremely knowledgeable and professional. She was so helpful with everything from measurement to tile color and thickness to construction questions. My tile arrived in less than a week and I'm very happy with it. The location is a bit out of the way outside of Ballston Spa but the drive is worth it! You won't find such excellent customer care in other tile shops.
