But Boxley's REFUSED to offer a refund. In addition they were unable/unwilling to get road salt out of the car. They said they would need to clean again repeatedly several times over to remove. Yet the dealer informed us it could be done in one cleaning and disputed Boxley's claim. We found out that an unsupervised teen detailed our car. It seemed that way from the terrible job.
