Robert gave us his credentials and a quoted a competitive price, so we schedule. He was willing to come in the evening the next day. He talked through the problem to help me understand what might he going on, explaining along the way. He figured out what the problem was, but needed to trace the wire path to figure out where it was occurring. In the end, the job took 2.5 hours, and Robert charged us the price he quoted, which was than fair due to the time he took.
