He called 12/5 to cancel because he had about 3" of snow, asking how much I got which was about an inch. Made another appointment for Saturday, 12/6 to arrive between 9:30-10am and never showed up or called. To this day, 12/10/24, no call, no apology for wasting my whole day waiting for him! They measured and went to Home Depot and purchased a unit for 500 dollars. Returned the next day and worked on it for 3 hours at which point I was informed that the width was measured not the height and the unit would not fit. I needed to hire someone else. Now I have 1.5 bathroom home instead of a 2 bath home. They also left me Dirt tracks in and out up carpeted stairs and hardwood floors . What a mess and a nightmare.
