The siding needs to be removed, dumped and reinstalled with brand new materials. The windows and the door are out of plumb. No flashing was installed anywhere . The window framing is missing from inside . We asked Dwaine to come up with some solution but he refused it. When we asked for reimbursement, he became verbally aggressive. When we reported Radical design and construction to BBB and Attorney General, he answered with lies and accusations without any proof . We don't recommend his service.

Rob was a perfect fit for the project being a solo-craftsman where he had ultimate control of quality; no subs to chase around and no need communicate the scope and details through multiple parties. Rob being a solo contractor was certainly not limiting either; the project had a mix of structural floor framing, new and replacement windows, exterior door and trim modifications, and many interior finish details to execute. I can't emphasize craftsman enough. He knows how to achieve high quality results with his process. He has solutions and tricks-of-the-trade for any issues and 'head scratchers' we had along the way. On top of this he is a pleasure to work with and made the project seem easy! Thank you Rob!

There are several flat roof areas, dormers, bay window roofs, 2 chimneys, you name it, we likely had it here. Wood underlayment was required for all of the highest roof area of the house. The crew was amazing. Here at 7 a.m. daily and they worked so hard it was unbelievable. Very impressive. My niece had recommended AAA but I did my homework before selecting them. I interviewed and received estimates from several other companies. Not only was the price and the Google reviews great but the company has been in business for over 8 decades. That means something. Joe was in touch throughout the job, checking in to make sure I was happy with the progress and the workmanship. I appreciated his reassurance and commitment to ensuring i was pleased with the outcome. This is a company I would highly recommend. Thank You Joe and the entire crew for a job well done.

Broken spring, cables and a bent bracket. Called them before 9am on a Friday and by mid morning they had already been to house, gave an estimate and returned to their shop. I mainly use Yelp for food and bar reviews but the service I got from C&R definitely necessitated a good review. Knowledgeable, efficient and reasonable prices.
