Interesting...because it never sagged before this paint job. I bought top of the line Benjamin Moore paints. On a 6 panel door, only five panels were painted. I did most of the spackle and patch work myself to walls before they came, but I did expect them to check each wall before painting. They did not. the owner of the company is a very personable guy, but was nowhere in sight while his workers were here. Most supervisors will stop by a job to check and see if there are any concerns...especially when no one speaks English. The workers were very sweet, but we had communication difficulties. Expect to spend a lot of money too, as they are quite expensive...especially when you have to hire fixer-uppers afterwards.

They are worth the wait and worth every penny. We had them do a minor bathroom remodel with a new shower, tile and vanity. The quality of work exceeded our expectations and quieted our worst fears about working with any contractor. They are courteous, open and intent on giving you exactly the result you want. When issues come up or changes need to be made to the plan, they have a range of professional recommendations ready for the customer on how best to proceed, but also are 100% willing to execute any customer request within the scope of the original contract. We had our bathroom done by Daniel Construction, and we deeply regret it. We are still dealing with…read morethe consequences of their work. The tiles were installed very unevenly, and the grout color is completely different from what was agreed upon. After leaving our property, Daniel handed us the remaining grout and told us to finish the job ourselves. One of the tiles is wiggly when we step on it. He and his crew were extremely disrespectful toward our property. We ended up having to repaint the entire house after they left. One of his workers threw paint out of a second-floor window, which dripped down and stained part of our roof and a first-floor window. The bathtub began leaking after only three uses, flooding both our garage and basement. Daniel was always late, and there was a pile of debris left in our yard for days before he finally hauled it away. Paint and other waste were also dumped directly into our garden. We had to replace the carpets in our home because they never took their shoes off and didn't use any protective floor coverings. We felt helpless--our bathroom was damaged, and we couldn't even properly voice our concerns because we were dependent on him to finish the job. Daniel also tried to convince us to lie to Wayfair, claiming that our bathtub had arrived with a crack so they would send a replacement--his plan was to take the "replacement" for his own bathroom renovation. This was shockingly unethical, and of course, we refused. Months later, when the bathtub began leaking, we reached out to him, hoping he would take responsibility and fix his mistake. He rudely refused.
