As it was a very cold day when he did the work, some shingles were damaged. He bought the matching replacement shingles and closed up the roof, and repiped everything from the stove up. He called 12/5 to cancel because he had about 3" of snow, asking how much I got which was about an inch. Made another appointment for Saturday, 12/6 to arrive between 9:30-10am and never showed up or called. To this day, 12/10/24, no call, no apology for wasting my whole day waiting for him! As this would have been not only a repair and/or roof job and possibly siding, I was left with a bad taste in my mouth and will never use someone this inconsiderate.
