It was evident that Tom and his son Nick LOVE what they do and that was another reason we went with Precision. He and his crew were here for 3 days and did a wonderful job! They showed up on the dot when they said that they would, worked efficiently, and minimized the disruption of our lives. They covered everything with plastic so there was very little dust from the sanding of the floors. They cleaned up after the sanding, wiping everything down and vacuuming. Sometimes we want to ask questions but finding an employee was difficult, and other times we just want to be left alone to look around. This place offered both, along with many selections of different types of flooring. Yes, it is a warehouse inside so some things seemed jumbled around. But, the salesperson (Paul) was extremely helpful in explaining to us some of the options available and differences in product lines. We haven't bought anything yet (and they work on commission) but he seemed happy to just help us out whether we made a purchase or not. Once we know for sure what we want, we likely will be coming back here.

When it was obvious that the old flooring couldn't be salvaged, he found replacement wood that matched the original. He carefully measured and added material to level the floor, then installed beautiful new flooring. We also asked him to refinish the table. He scraped off the old finish, sanded, and finished with food-safe tung oil, creating a beautiful soft sheen. He was prompt, efficient, and reasonably priced for a high quality job.
