So if I could rate this place a zero I would. I brought a client here to select vanities and…read moreplumbing fixtures for 2 bathroom remodels. The place was dead, keep in mind. We were there for an hour and a half looking around and never greeted and never asked if we needed anything. Now when I take clients to look at products, I am very low maintenance, I don't need anyone's time or anything of that nature, I just require the manufacturers spec books so I can write down the products that we would like to purchase. Like walking into a restaurant and asking for a menu to order the food you want. After giving up on the prospect of a greeting, I went to the receptionist and asked for spec books to look at so I could just write down what we wanted. The receptionist told me they don't give those out. I assured him that I didn't want to keep them, I just wanted to sit down and look at them to write down what we wanted to buy. He went and got a sales person who parroted the same answer, as I assured them yet again that I didn't want to take their books anywhere. Also they won't help you with anything if you don't have an appointment even if there's nobody else in the building. You see, their texting and internet shopping is too important to give up for customers looking to spend money. So imagine walking into a restaurant that has nobody in it and being refused a menu to order anything and being told that nobody could help you. Remind you of anything? It sure struck a cord with me. Please never shop here. They only want to cater to the big builders in the area with deep pockets. Anyone else gets sent packing. Beware!!

We are thrilled with the superb work of Kitchen and Bath World from beginning to end. We renovated…read moretwo bathrooms in quite different styles. The first is simple and contemporary, the second involved an intricate pattern of colorful tiles forming wall-size images. Sara worked with us on the design, asking many questions to understand our aesthetic aims and practical needs, and offering a variety of options for us to choose among to achieve our goals. She also provided a variety of very effective ideas and solutions, considering the physical constraints of the (relatively small) spaces, to ensure the best use of spaces and to create a very open feel in both bathrooms, all in a cost-effective manner. The actual construction was done in an extremely professional manner by workers who were not only highly-skilled but also friendly, considerate of our needs, and responsive to our questions and concerns as the projects progressed. Particularly impressive, amazing really, was the tile work performed by Cliff. The colorful bathroom involved laying more than 1,000 tiles, and cutting more than 100 tiles to create the intricate design. It also involved the fitting of the many tiles to very close tolerance specifications. Cliff was both masterful and highly conscientious in completing this tile work. The result is stunning. In addition, along the way in both bathrooms, specific questions arose about alternative approaches to implementing features of the design. Cliff identified and raised these questions for us to think about, and he offered aesthetically pleasing solutions. In short, Cliff's work was thoughtful, technically masterful, and informed by his strong sense of aesthetic beauty. We are most impressed by Kitchen and Bath World for their general approach, their implementation, and the final product in renovating both bathrooms. Kitchen and Bath World has our highest recommendation.

The first time they installed it (2+ months late with no apology) the installer crew was late and the whole thing was crooked. They reluctantly sent out a 2nd installer crew (that was late, again) to fix it and when that installer crew didnt fix it right they sent out a third installer crew (that was late, again) and Ed, their lead installer, to fix it, who was probably one of the rudest people I have ever met, and they fixed the "field joint" but then there was a one inch gap between the countertop and walls on both ends. When I said something to Ed, he said it was because they had chipped away at so much material fixing their mistakes and basicly blamed me for having them come out and fix their mistakes so many times. If they were real profesionals they would have installed it right the first time. The owner of the company, Alan Boulant, told me to deal with it or buy new material. Terrible business ethics, dont buy a countertop from Solid Surface Craftsman.

After seeing the television advertising for 10 Day Kitchen Solutions, we scheduled an appointment…read moreand visited the showroom. I'll start by saying the showroom is beautiful and the products appear to be high quality. Our kitchen is very small, approximately 4x8, so we were surprised when the estimate came in at $50,000. What made that especially difficult to justify was that the price did not include appliances, or our quartz countertops that we wanted. This was primarily for demolition, installation, and cabinetry. One advantage they promote is speed. Traditional kitchen remodels can take months between design appointments, ordering cabinets, and contractor scheduling, so I understand paying more for convenience and a faster timeline. However, for comparison purposes, we ultimately completed our kitchen elsewhere. We selected upgraded features including pull-out shelves, pantry storage, lazy susan corner cabinet, garbage cabinet, and quartz countertops, and our final cost was $15,500 in total ($13,000 for the cabinetry + $2,500 for tbe quartz countertop). That means our quote from 10 Day Kitchen Solutions was more than three times higher, while still not including countertops or the appliances. This review is not about quality, we thought the showroom and products looked excellent. It simply came down to affordability and value. For homeowners with larger budgets who prioritize speed, this may be a good fit. For us as seniors, paying cash, and not financing, the pricing put it out of reach.

Mind you, there were at least 4 other people in the showroom when I arrived: no acknowledgement of my presence.
