I called to have someone come out and look at an issue in our bathroom. The person who came out was friendly and helpful and left saying they would get back to me with a quote. After about a week of waiting I called the office and was told that the person who runs the quotes had taken a few days of leave and was behind on the quotes. I've now called two other times, and each time was told that the person running the quotes was behind. They assured me they would "let her know I was waiting" but were never able to offer an idea of when the quote would come. It has now been almost a month. They have sent me so many spam e-mails asking me to leave a review that I've decided to oblige them. They might have great plumbers who do excellent work. I don't know. That's only part of working with a plumber, and this kind of delay speaks too poorly of the rest of the operation for me to feel comfortable working with them.

However when the job started I didn't realize Jeff wouldn't be involved much at all. Instead the Foreman running the job didn't share the same values as Jeff, He is actually a complete HACK and I would never let him in my home again. Jeff's price was by far not the cheapest but I thought it would be worth it for a job well done. Instead all the electrical, plumbing, and HVAC was done by the foreman who clearly has no business to be in that line of work. It was all done incorrectly, with many shortcuts taken. He also lied and cheated his way through every inspection process that clearly needed to be done. After many missed deadlines, a job that was estimated to take 8 weeks was stretched to over 20 weeks where I was finally forced to remove this company from the job and spend more time and money finishing with other contractors. After just a few short months I am already having issues with the work McDonald Construction performed.
