It has been stained by colored window clings (aka Satans Stickers) and needed to be sanded down to the wood and refinished to get out the stains. Jake and his assistant installed three heavy storm doors for us and did a tremendous job. He had to put the door knob fixtures together and attach to the doors. EXTREMELY SKILLED, PROFESSIONAL AND ACCOMMODATING!!! I found myself in a jam trying to assemble an adjustable basketball hoop. Called the product manufacturer hotline and they told me that none of their assemblers actually do the model & conversion kit that we purchased. I found Hayes Services on Yelp and gave Jake a call on Thursday evening. I explained that I was really hoping to have the hoop up for my six year old son by Saturday. I wasn't expecting we'd find someone to do it on such short notice but Jake went out of his way to drive 40 minutes on a Friday night after 5 pm to help us out. Jake made assembly look easy and came through in a big way for our family! He even installed two solar lights onto our garage after doing the hoop so we'd be able to play at night.
