Our family has been working with Emerson Painting for years now on multiple projects!…read more In 2017, while away on business my husband surprised me by having our trim painted in the house. Emerson did an amazing job - I walked in feeling like it was a brand NEW house. Their team is efficient but pays attention to the details - they work fast without rushing it. I was also impressed with how neat and clean they were. I feel like it's easy to get paint splatters or have coat of sanded-wood residue all over - but they cleaned up each day and it was like they were never there. They were doing such a great job, we decided to extend our project list and have them tackle even more refreshes. Fast forward to 2020, we had a pretty intense dining room job. Previous owners had gross wallpaper up with terrible colors that did not fit with our taste. Emerson's team diligently worked to breathe new life into the dining room - taking down the wallpaper (which was a feat, it was nearly fused to the wall!), patching up torn/worn down areas, and giving it fresh coats of paint. They continue to be our go-to call for paint jobs big and small! We'll actually be reaching out to them this week for some help with refreshing our living room space. Thank you for always delivering quality work in a timely manner!

It was Monday at 5:00 pm and the realtor was coming on Wednesday to take pics. I was nowhere near ready and I was panicking. At 5:10 Jaider from Genius Painting & Cleaning called and set up a time that same evening for a walkthrough. He and Veronica were amazing! They arrived on time, masked up and meant business. They were very thorough and clearly very experienced with this sort of task. Veronica took notes and made suggestions that I hadn't thought of and pointed out some trouble areas I had never noticed. They assured me that they'd be able to complete the cleaning in time for the realtor and to my satisfaction. I have 3 cats and a dog and lived in my home for 8 years so they definitely had their work cut out for them! They arrived on Tuesday Afternoon as scheduled and worked well into the evening, not missing a single detail. They tackled everything from cobwebs to cat hair, the floors sparkled and windows were spotless! They scrubbed every inch of my house including scrubbing my kitchen cabinets inside and out from top to bottom and washed all of the walls in all 3 bathrooms. Their attention to detail was astounding. They even came back the next day touch up the windows in the daylight. Bottom Line: Jaider and Veronica truly know what they're doing. Their attention to detail, sense of urgency, professionalism and ability to deliver an exceptional result at an incredibly reasonable price is the finest of examples of how to do business. I have already recommended their services to friends and only wished I had discovered them sooner as I would surely have used them for routine cleaning/housekeeping. Thank you Jaider and Veronica!! You really saved the day!

I wrote him a 5 star review and then followed up several times regarding the stairwell. Between leaving several messages on his personal phone and Yelp, I still never received a call back about the stairwell. If a company is too busy, or doesn't want to provide the service, they should just let you know. It's a shame because his guys did a great job but I'm a stickler for following through on things and this did not happen, leaving me hanging for a couple of weeks before finally moving on to find another company. I am loyal to small businesses in my community and I took the time to give this company the benefit of the doubt but I guess my job wasn't profitable enough, but he got his 5 star review.
