Anthony did exactly as requested and promised. We have had intermittent internet issues since we…read moremoved in. Optimum did their part and ran a new line underground to my house but then I needed to solve networking issues inside. Eero was zero help and just kept having me buy more units, but I knew hardwiring and getting some Cat6 cables into my most important rooms was the real solution. Enter, Anthony. He came out and checked the layout and dead zones, gave me a quote and came and did a giant day of pulling wires to fix everything. Since then, no issues while on zoom or streaming. He and his team were clean, kind and thorough. They put everything back and installed perfectly straight wallplates. They even cleaned up all the wires and organized my electrical closet and made it look nice. They didn't have to do that, but it was a very pleasant surprise to see it! I'm a tough customer, hard to please, and Wired 4 Entertainment did an excellent job in upgrading our home to 2022.

Anthony contacted me later that night and reconsidered my inconvenience. He did the work with the discount I asked and came promptly the next day. The work he did is incredible! The mount I bought is…read morethe type that either sits just on the wall or it drops down & swivels left & right & it's a very difficult mount to install & they did it with ease. My TV is over my fireplace & Originally I wanted my wires fished through the Fireplace wall & they were 100% prepared to do it but my home was built in the 30's so there's concrete behind the wall in my fireplace & they were going to absolutely try to do it. Unfortunately with concrete it makes it much harder to do so I opted for them to mount the TV & leave the wires outside the wall & even when I told them "If it's really really difficult then put the wires through the PVC piping" & they were still 100% willing to do the wall fishing but again I opted not to do the wall fishing so they put it through white PVC piping also my TV plug wasn't long enough to to be plugged in & I didn't have an extension cord long enough for my TV to reach the outlet so they ran to Lowe's to buy one at no charge to me & I couldn't believe they didn't charge me for it but that's just the kind of company they are. The 2 men wanted to make sure everything was perfect & that I was absolutely & positively 100% happy & I am more than happy with them. They are perfectionists which is a great thing because you don't find that very often. They texted me before they came with a time frame which is excellent because I have 2 dogs I needed to put away. Many companies just show up. If I could give them 10 stars I would because they're just amazing. When he finally got my last message last week and read my 1-star review he acknowledged that he had never received my voice mails. Today he came to my home and fixed my computer to the extent that he could. He will come to "clean it up" next week. I am glad to see that it was a glitch in his voice messaging system and not with him.
