I don't know where to even begin besides saying Brian made this process so much more enjoyable and not only is he very knowledgable, he is overall a wonderful human being - so kind and funny and extremely easy to talk to. Brian also had excellent communication - always answered quickly and provided ETA's so I knew when he was coming. I really enjoyed working with him! Look no further, he is your man. I recently purchased a new townhouse that had a large stone fireplace and each stone had an uneven texture. This made me VERY nervous to mount a TV but it is the best spot for the living room. After doing a lot of research and reading these reviews, I decided to reach out to Brian. Initially I texted him so I can send him pictures of my fireplace off the bat. He responded within minutes and we were on the phone. He answered all my questions and I did not feel rushed. As stated before I was very nervous about this in general so Brian stopped by the next day to just take a look at the fireplace to ease my mind (even though he knew he could do it). Additionally, Brian suggested a better mount for what I wanted - he asked me several questions about how I would use the TV which is how he suggested a better mount than the one I purchased. The day Brian came to look at the fireplace, I already had the TV and new mount waiting and he offered to do it on the spot! The 2021 Samsung Frame TV remote does not take batteries and I did not have a USBC charger so Brian left without setting up the TV which was totally fine because I figured I could do it. Turns out my TV was defective itself (nothing to do with Brian as he handled everything with care). I reached out to Brian and he went out of his way to come back and take the TV off the mount and repackaged it for me to return! Then I was able to go to the store and get a new one and Brian came back that day and put the new one up! And I actually had the proper remote charger so he even walked me through set up and explained how the TV works and some tips and tricks. Outside of TV talk, Brian was very knowledge on home improvement projects so we were just talking about some other projects I am planning on tackling. He seemed genuinely interested and provided a lot of wise advice on a wide range of topics. And as I said, he's very funny anyway so I was certainly laughing. What a Godsend Brian was. See I originally hired Amazon Home Services to mount a television and it was a very good price before Thanksgiving. Maybe too good in hindsight. Amazon sent a person and from the very beginning I had an uneasy feeling. After the person left I heard some "crackling" and immediately called them back. They said it was probably the heater and not the work they performed. That night the sound was not crackling it was crashing as my tv and part of the wall came crashing down breaking my new tv and ripping part of the wall with in. Amazon was less than accommodating but they did cover the cost of a new tv and refunded the cost of the job but nothing else. I found LCD Plasma Installations online and explain my situation. Brian immediately came out, he repaired the drywall damage, mounted my new television and concealed all wires and added outlet. The Amazon person even did that wrong as they ran an illegal extension cord in the wall. Brian explained that although pricing may be good at first glance, when things are done illegally and done incorrectly it often causes the price to be much greater. Brian did a fantastic and professional job installing a 77" inch TV above the entryway to our family room. It was the most logical and out-of-the-way place in the room to put it, but we couldn't have it obscuring the entryway when not in use. Brian found a robotic mount that allowed us to mount the TV rather unobtrusively high on the wall and descend into the desired viewing position via a remote. It can also be coordinated with our TV remote so that it moves into position when the TV is on. I understand that Amazon's Alexa can be brought into the act as well (haven't tried this). Brian was meticulous and was perfectly capable of handling the job from soup to nuts including minor reframing, all in-wall wiring, sheetrock patching, painting and device programming. On one occasion, he upgraded some mounting bolts from those provided by the manufacturer because he wanted to be absolutely confident in the strength & safety of the install. He left us with a fully functional and... can-I-say "cool" viewing room...very neatly cleaned up. We couldn't recommend LCD Plasma more highly! read more

Truly could not have gone better. If you are like me and have an idea of what you want your TV to look like mounted but no idea how to get there, Brian is your guy. He mounted by Samsung Frame 49-inch TV above my fireplace, ran the Connect One or One Connect or whatever wire through the wall and out in a concealed corner, and put boxes around both holes to tidy them up. The TV is centered in both dimensions and is exactly what I imagined when I was picturing the final product. Before the appointment, Brian answered numerous questions, offered estimates for different options, gave his suggestions and was cheaper than others who bid for the job. He was on time, quick (took about an hour IIRC), cleaned up after he was done and polite the entire time he was in my home. I think there is a lot of opportunity when mounting a TV, to get in over your head and be taken advantage of by someone who sees dollar signs when they realize you're not a very knowledgable home theater type. I was worried about installing the tv above my fireplace but Brian explained everything in detail and gave me a very fair price. I am a firm believer in "you get what you pay for" and even though Brian is not the cheapest, he is I can assure you the BEST! He quickly mounted our tv above our fireplace. But that is not where he excels. He opened our walls and ran a new dedicated outlet above the mantel and ran our HDMI wires inside the wall. He then patched all the areas he opened as if it was not opened at all and had it ready for prime and paint. This is above and beyond anything else was offering including GeekSquad. Brian was awesome. The experience started with prompt and continuous communication. Brian was able to easily assess the requirements of the job and the best mount suitable going off of the picture I provided him. I needed a 55" LCD mounted on Stone Veneer above the fireplace. Just so happens the mount he recommended was one I was planning on purchasing so that put my mind at ease. At the time I had not even fully decided on a TV but was trying to get an idea on how much I was going to have to pay for everything needed including the TV to have it hung on the wall plus a new outlet. Even though I did not commit to Brian he gave me EVERYTHING I needed to consider no matter who I chose. Everything on what HDMI cables to buy, how to hook up my sound bar that I hadn't even purchased yet, to what swivel bracket to buy for the TV. This was all like I said without commitment to Brian. HUGE thanks to Brian for his work. We had a tricky installation - mounting a full motion extending mount on uneven natural stone - that Brian handled quickly and at very reasonable cost. This included a brief stop at our house ahead of time to make sure the job was feasible, a second stop a week later (timing at my request) to do the actual install, and then a third stop a week after to check on the mount (I thought a mounting bolt looked odd so called him, turns out it was completely fine but he volunteered to drill an extra bolt in to give me peace of mind - at no charge). Brian is so great! We hired him to do an above the fireplace TV mount install about two years ago and were thrilled with the results, not to mention his work ethic and knowledge about technology. We purchased a TV to be installed on a wall mounted in our kitchen and he was the first one we went to! Brian immediately responded and told us he could make time for us the following day. He also purchased the mount, a coax cord and floating shelf for the cable box so I didn't have to run out to buy any of it before his arrival (we reimbursed him for these purchases.) 5-Star Service at a Great Price! LCD Plasma Installations, specifically Brian was superb. I got other pricing for a lot less but also some very shady reviews and one had stole $3000 from the client. Crazy. LCD Plasma Installations had all great reviews on Yelp but Google them and you will see great reviews on Angie's List, Home Advisor, Google+, Thumbtack and Amazon. Yelp buries the reviews but they have a lot. I had them mount two televisions, conceal wires inside the wall and add outlets behind the televisions to power the tvs. It came out beautiful, I am very pleased. I had a stone wall above my fireplace with uneven stones. Think a creek with cement. I tried to get Best Buy to do a wall mount, they were going to charge 150 for the wall mount and 300 to mount it, it would take two weeks, and they couldn't guarantee whether or not they could actually do it. If they couldn't it was going to start at 600 but could be 1000 to mount. I hated that so I texted Brian. He asked for a picture, gave a mount recommendation from Amazon that costed 70 dollars. When it came in from Amazon, he installed it the next day. Super fast, super nice, and priced wayyyyyy more reasonably. I would recco these guys 100%. We could not be more pleased with everything Brian did. He is an expert at mounting televisions!!! I scheduled an appointment with them to mount two tvs, one above a fireplace and another on a bedroom wall. Short of the story, they did a wonderful job and everything is just perfect.
