I had a short in my breaker box after a plumbing leak. They were able to send Mario out the same day and he resolved it quickly and thoroughly. He went over not just the one fuse I was having issues with but because it was exposed to water he checked the whole row to make sure others wouldn't go out later. I have tried to get an electrician to hook up my new mini splits since June of last year! They would say they could do the job then "crickets". Called Zaim on Monday and he came out within 2 hours to give me an estimate. By the next day Armand and Zaim were here and within a couple of hours the mini splits were up and working. I cannot say enough about Armand's friendliness, knowledge and work. He ensured that the units were up and working prior to leaving. Both Zaim and Armand went above and beyond by even labeling the electrical outlet on the outside of the house with the breaker # as well as the door to the breaker box itself. We're in the process of moving and needed one chandelier that we're taking with us replaced. I was worried with what kind of quotes I'd get for a such a small job. Look no further, if you've made it to this page, you've found the right people for the job. They have almost entirely 5 star reviews for a reason (the one that's not is honestly BS, it sucks that it's even there). I first reached out about installing a couple outlets in my garage. After one call we switched to communicating over text, which was super easy. They were able to come out quickly to do the work and did a stellar job. It was super easy and the price was reasonable. Couldn't be happier. In the recent storm, I had a heavy branch fall on a power line, bending the pipe the wires go through and pulling the line from the house (though I didn't lose power). I didn't even know what to do, so I texted a couple pics, and he told me what the power company needed to do first. After that was complete, I texted them back and they came out the next day to try to straighten the pipe. After looking at it, they thought it might not be possible so they gave me two quotes - one for if they could straighten, one for if they couldn't - I agreed that whatever it takes is what we have to do. They pulled some magic and got it to straighten! The pipe isn't perfectly straight, but that honestly is not possible with how the pipe was bent in the storm. They ensured that everything was working as expected and nothing was broken, it was really just an aesthetic issue. They also made sure I understood that if I wasn't happy with how the pipe looked, that they would absolutely go through the more time consuming process to make it perfect. Since that side of the house is out of sight 99% of the time, I couldn't care less - for me it was perfect, and I'll take the cost savings over something cosmetic that I don't really care about. I have been looking for an electrician for a generator job for the last few years. Saving a couple potential candidates based on researching thru the web and of course Yelp. Zaim with Accurate Electrical has always been at the top of that list. Well I finally decided to get a few things done and gave them a call. Not sure if I left a message or he picked up, either way he responds in a very quick manner. Very knowledgable and more importantly, very helpful on providing guidance on the best way to accomplish what I needed. Made an appointment and was truly impressed with his work. Was a little apprehensive about someone coming into the house during COVID 19 era, but I needed these things done. Zaim wore a mask and we kept the social distancing during the job. There were a couple things he needed my decision on, and it was nice he gave me all the alternatives and the pros and cons. I felt comfortable with him doing the install. Also had a ceiling fan I had tried to install but decided to have him finish for me. Glad I did since running the wires proved a little challenging. He was very respectful of the home and kept the work area clean and cleaned up the small items after the job. Was so impressed with his work that I called him again to help rewire an outside electrical outlet for my pool pump. There were several jobs we wanted done at our house. They did them all, small and bigger, very well. The electrician was professional, on time, and went over the list of what we needed done to be sure we were on the same page. He also presented us with possibilities and choices where it was applicable as the work was being done. We reviewed his work together when he was finished to be sure we were happy with it. He did everything well, and also paid attention to detail - everything looked great when he was done, no touchups needed around the light switches, and no big mess. They may not be the least expensive choice, but they're not outrageous. Also, we feel confident in the work that was done so it was good value for the price - peace of mind is worth a lot. It's so hard to get a reliable electrician. We called several different places and they gave us a time of arrival of 9am-4pm.. as if we didn't have our own lives. My wife and I had purchased a new electric range for our kitchen. Our electrical was still from 15 years ago, meaning the original stove was hard-wired and did not have a plug. I've had problems in the past with getting electricians to call me back, so I was completely surprised when Zaim called me back the same day I left a message.
