I am so appreciative of JS Electrical. From requesting a quote to actual execution I am impressed and fully recommend. I had 5 ceiling fans and a dining room light fixture installed. The office team was flexible, the on-site team was prompt, efficient, clean, and meticulous. Actual work came in lower than quote. I absolutely recommend and will use again when I need an electrician! read more

We had the company generator tech (Aaron) do a yearly maintenance checkup today. He was very thorough, polite, and informative about the service he was doing. He also has information on any servicing plans if you need them. He arrived within the time frame we were given. Very happy with the office manager also when we called to sign up for maintenance plans. She was polite and well-informed. We received any info requested promptly. read more

Great service - technician arrived within 1 hour after calling the office. Evan figured out the problem and fixed it within 1 hour after he arrived. Knowledgeable, courteous, efficient and cleaned up after he was finished. We've used J.S. Electrical 3 times in the last 15 months now and won't call anyone else. read more

Justin and his team were reliable, professional, and, most of all, get the job done right. Justin was great to work with, he came out and gave me a fair estimate for all of the electrical that I was looking to get done, and I was able to schedule something quickly within a matter of days. The team worked diligently for quite a few hours as I had work done on my electrical panel, some lights installed, and a digital thermostat installed. The job was a bit time-consuming, so I'm glad I hired J.S. Electrical because they did a flawless job. read more

I had a generator service done a few years ago by another company and I can't say I was entirely happy with the experience. Justin from JS Electrical reached out to me thru Yelp so when it was time for another service, I decided to give them a chance. After some initial confusion with scheduling, everything was smooth after that. Justin and his employee were prompt, respectful and thorough. Prices were reasonable and he even took the time to give me a quote on another small repair I need done. I plan to use them in the future for other electrical needs! read more

JS Electrical came out to my house to fix a shortage. Out of the electricians I have spoken to JS Electrical was the most professional and organized! Some electricians couldn't even guarantee an appointment 3 days ahead others didn't call when they said they would. I appreciated that JS Electrical was able to give me an appointment time and then calling to confirm. Who has time to deal with a "possibly able to make it" company? My quote from them was higher than others but I went with JS Electrical because they were responsive and not flakey at all. I will use them again in the future. read more

I needed a service report completed and a smart thermostat installed for my AirBNB. Justin was really prompt with his communication and got out there as quickly as possible. He did both parts of the job exceptionally well and I would recommend his services. The billing process was very easy as well. read more

Had a problem with an outlet for a week. Finally called Justin after having read the reviews on Yelp. He answered immediately and was very helpful. Suggested I try something to make all well, and if that didn't work, he'd come out and take a look. I did what he said and it was fixed! Thank you Justin!! Your number is in my phone now for any future electrical needs! read more

Found J.S. Electrical via Angie's List, and asked for a quote to wire my garage for automatic door openers. The online booking system made both this, and booking the job itself, very easy. They arrived on time, were polite and friendly, worked quickly and efficiently, and charged a fair price for the job. I will absolutely call them again if I need an electrician. read more

Last weekend, I had some circuit breakers melted which were caused by the load of my electric baseboards. It tripped the outside breaker which caused several neighbors to go out of power as well. CL&P came out to restore the power very quickly, but they told me that they had to pull my meter out, and I would need to get an electrician to check my main panel ASAP as there was something wrong there. I called JS Electrical pretty early in the morning, and I got to speak with Justin, and he came out to my house within an hour. (AVAILABILITY) He was the 3rd guy I called, but the first one to be able to speak with so I gave him a try, and I'm glad that I did. Justin came out, my first impression was that he told his time to listen to what was wrong, and was able to quickly identify the problem. (KNOWLEDGEABLE & COMPETENT) He was also patient to explain to me what he had to do, and what the charges would be. (COURTEOUS & HONEST). About an hour after Justin completed the job and left for other clients, I found some weird problems of not having enough power. I called Justin, and he did listen carefully my description and came back the same day to correct the problems (WARRANTY). It turned out that the meter outside was not pushed in all the way when he did that the first time. I ended up learning a few things from Justin too. Overall, I had a very good experience with JS Electrical, and would highly recommend him for your electrical work. read more

We picked Justin from the Internet when looking for an electrician. My husband read the reviews and they were all good so we felt confident about hiring him. We have actually used him twice in 2 weeks as we are having our kitchen done and we had a few minor issues plus the installation of a ceiling fan. He is courteous, neat and punctual! He stayed in touch by email, which was an added plus for us. He explained everything thoroughly and was very respectful. We will call him for anything electrical that we need done from now on! We are very impressed and glad we found such a professional guy to help us out! read more

Incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, efficient and reasonable. Will definitely use them again next time we need any electrical work done

Justin is super friendly and trustworthy. He shows up on time and when scheduled. We had something go wrong at 8pm on Friday night, and he was at the house at 10am Saturday morning! His team even worked in our 120 degree attic in August, when no other electrician would take the job. Will definitely call them back to take care of a few other things in the future. read more

JS Electrical offered their services for a limited time at a discounted rate via Angie's List. It was reasonable, so I took advantage of the offer and had an outlet installed in the vicinity of my outdoor patio. The JS Electrical crew was on time, very professional, and the work was done in no time at all. It's nice to know of a reliable company close to where I live that can handle all of my electrical needs. I will certainly call them again if I ever have any requirement for electrical services or my generator needs repair and/or replacement. read more

I have a whole house generator that failed. I tried contacting several contractors, none of whom were able to assist me in a timely manner. I then found JS Electrical and called. I spoke with the owner Justin and explained my issue. He told me that he would check his schedule and call me back within 5 minutes which he did. Justin told me that he could come out within the next 20 minutes or so and quoted me his rates. Justin and his co-worker arrived at my residence as stated. He was able to quickly isolate the problem with my generator and had it running within 30 minutes of his arrival. Needless to say, I was totally impressed with his work and had him sign me up for yearly maintenance. Way to go Justin. read more

We lost our power last week and our generator never kicked on. I called JS Electrical at 6:30am expecting to leave a message with the emergency response operator. I was pleasantly surprised when Justin picked up the phone and told me he could be at my house to service my generator within an hour! When Justin arrived, he was professional, thorough, and he was able to repair our generator in a short period of time. Justin also did a great job explaining why our generator wasn't working, and he provided suggestions how to prevent future mishaps from occurring. Lastly, in addition to the outstanding customer service we received, the billing for our services was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company for all of your electrical needs! read more

We had electrical work done at our rental property yesterday. Justin and his guys were great! My husband can be a little difficult to work with at times and they were very patient and very respectful towards him. I need to say that Justin and his guys are very professional, reasonably priced, and on time to show up for the job. For any electrical needs we will have in the future, we will be calling them. It was so nice to see a younger group of professionals carry on this trade. read more
