We had a hot water tank installed by Dynamic Mechanical. From the date of install we kept getting…read morealarms on the new shut off system they installed on the tank. They have been out several times to "fix" it. All they have done is unplug and reset it. There is a terribly annoying beep that keeps going off every time we get a new error. It hasn't been right since install and now they want me to pay to have them come look at it because the labor warranty has expired. I get it and if this was a new issue I would have zero problems in paying them to come out, however that is not the case. Awful customer service by Nathan, I will mot be using Dynamic Mechanical for any future work.

The previous contractor said I needed to replace the condenser which couldn't be repaired. I decided to get another opinion and called Ryan F Murphy the Friday before Memorial Day Weekend. Christina was very understanding, and first thing Tuesday morning I was pleased to hear from Ryan, who, instead of just quoting me for a new condenser, told me he would be coming by that same morning to see the unit for himself instead of going by someone else's explanation. A couple of hours later, he was here, determined the problem was easily fixable, explained he was "90% certain" it could be fixed (very clear in his explanation), and that one particular part wasn't on his truck. Five hours later, Jimmy was here, and in minutes replaced the part and... eureka! We've got air conditioning again. Jimmy then checked over the system to see if there were any further issues. And to top it all off - not only are they nice people, but the price was fair (even including after-hours service) - and disclosed in advance. Ryan, Jimmy, Christina, you have a new customer - and a new fan.

The installers Donald and Ashton where professional, knowledgeable, polite and highly skilled. Johnny the business manager stopped by late in the day as well. I have used Murphy for a few years now for heating and A/C issues - always professional and the highest quality team. Highest possible rating for this great firm and team.

Ziam was communicating via text messaging before he ever arrived. He worked hard in the hot sun. Once completed, he walked me through everything he had done and talked about things that should be on my radar in the future - our house is 75 years old, so it is in need of upgrades. And when he left, you would not have known he was ever here - left the place cleaner than he found it. I found Ziam to be empathetic and understanding as well as helpful. I thought they had a special tester. I was wrong about special tester. Ultimately I could have tested it. But the tech was detailed in his diagnoses and explanation and the Ignitor was replaced. Afterwards I found the price charged me was 3 times retail at H-D. I am a retired electrician. They tried to also sell me the controller that had no issue other than it was old. I said no... because I am an electrician, and I can swap that if needed, it's just a relay unit. Then realized after they quoted me 3 to 4 times retail $ on that item too. The techs are knowledgeable and appreciate their work, but their parts pricing is too much. I recommend them for their knowledge.
