Update: This company went from a great experience, to the worst experience. My secondary heat…read moresource went out during the winter and I called for a service checkup. After about 15 minutes of work I was told the condenser had to be replaced due to mice chewing the electrical wires. I could understand this. Here is where the issue comes in. The technician first said it would be $3400 to replace. He then went to his truck and came back to tell my wife it would actually be $8,000, but they added a discount so I would Pay $6,000. The total cost of the whole install (condenser unit + 4 wall units) was 12,000. So just to replace the condenser is over half the cost of the initial install. I called to complain and spoke with the service manager. The service manager essentially explained to me that this was accurate because if they did the install today it would be 23,000. So they evidently had a 100% price increase. I then explained the invoice showed the unit itself as 2,000 and then labor as 6,000. He explained to me that was untrue, that due to the new invoice system they have, they can just put numbers anywhere essentially, so I should ignore the invoice. I explained my frustration and how that does not make any sense and I am not paying 6,000 for a condenser and labor. He said he understood and would escalate it higher and I would get a call later that day or the next. It's going on 3 days now and I have not heard back. This company went from one of my top rated to near highway robbery. I cannot reccomend them to anyone at this point, and will need to look into alternatives to get my heat back in the winter.

The guy who answered the phone gave me the voice like he just woke up and or was stoned, didn't want to be bothered, was rude not helpful at all. I just wanted to make sure someone would come out Monday morning but he couldn't be bothered. I will never use them again, would never suggest this company to anyone.

I have used this company in the past for cleanings and have had no problems until this year. This…read moresummer I scheduled a cleaning but also wanted to have my mixing valve changed because of a slow leak I had in the back of the boiler. I called and scheduled the work with the service manager Phil. I then received a confirmation of the upcoming work through my email. When the technician came I reviewed the work and he became very angry that he didn't know he had to do the mixing valve and that he was only there for a cleaning. I showed him the email and he became irate at the service manager for not verbally telling him he had to replace the mixing valve. Then he told me he couldn't do the job because I have CPVC water lines and he doesn't know how to work with plastic water lines. This is after he dismantled the piping and left me with no hot water. At this point we had to wait for a company plumber to arrive to do the work. Once it was complete, I paid the bill and a two hour job, took approximately five to six hours. Fast forward three months and the work started leaking. Keep in mind, this was an expensive job. It was almost nine hundred dollars for the cleaning and the installation of the new mixing valve. The leak was in a non moving part in the piping. They cut a pipe and put a pro press piece that resembled a top hat on top of the pipe. It was leaking because of either 1) a poor choice by the technician to use this part here, 2) the part was not installed correctly or 3) they sold me a defective part. There are no other reasons for this leak. Two day after the repair, I received a bill for the repair. When I called to complain the the piping was only three months old when it began to leak I was told that they only warranty their plumbing work for thirty day. Imagine that, they repair your piping in your upstairs bedroom radiator and they only warranty their work for thirty days as the water leaks down your walls. I was told by Phil that he would talk to the owner and call me back. That call never came until I emailed them twice after continuously receiving a bill for the service. I was told they would credit me the price of the part but I still had to pay for the service call. They're basically saying that the part was bad that they sold me and that it wasn't their poor work. This wasn't my design, my part or my workmanship, yet I had to pay twice. I will pay the bill bill but I will never use this company again and I would not recommend you use them either.
