Miscommunication as I was told I needed a new Furnace by one person at the company and another person at the company said I do not need a new furnace. Months later and I still don't have any solution for HVAC issues. They've been at my house multiple times, but have yet to provide any concrete information to fix. The suggestion was to add return registers, which "might" fix the problem. I consulted a different company who suggested I have factual data with a solution to my issues which Ward was not able to provide.
