He immediately discovered that the system was not only pretty grungy, but had a DEAD BIRD in it!!!!! How does that even happen?!?!?! He not only removed the bird (gross), but then sanitized the system and got the house smelling fresh and clean! He also checked the dryer exhaust as part of his services and discovered a thick layer of lint just waiting to catch fire.
