I called in the early afternoon, and on the busiest weekend of the year, they promised to have someone come and check out the unit. Larry came out that night, and stayed to fix what was a previous mistake, plus install new equipment to make the AC unit work. Not only did they not charge to correct the wiring problem, but the new charges were extremely reasonable. I fully expected to get price gauged because it was an "emergency" situation on the busiest weekend of the year, but they were honest, and did not overcharge at all. Larry stayed late on a Sunday night to make sure that the unit worked. Truly, thank you for the quality service & price. 10/10 would recommend to anyone that has a heating/Ac problem in the area.

I spoke with Larry who immediately told me he couldn't come out until that Friday, potentially turning away my business. I told him we'd wait. Larry was able to come a day earlier than promised, suggested replacing rather than fixing our 18 year old system, and had the new unit installed and working in less than a week. Larry and his helper were professional, prompt, courteous, and offered three choices in a top rated air conditioning unit. We're calling them for our furnace inspection this fall. Cathy M

They remained communicative, responsive and helpful while our air conditioning unit broke down. They quickly got us on their schedule when we initially called them to report a problem, were at our house and explained what was wrong with the unit, and worked their hardest to ensure we were back on their schedule to have the unit repaired/replaced despite shipping logistic issues that seem to effect virtually every industry these days. Alan was informative throughout the process, worked quickly and was instrumental to keeping us on track. Michelle was extremely helpful keeping us on schedule and responsive to our questions and concerns. When she wasn't able to help us, she made sure the right person was there who could provide us with the needed information. We will definitely be using this company for any future heating and air conditioning needs!

He asked if anyone would be at the house if I weren't there. I said yes. He then said, rather rudely, "Are they gonna be able to pay me?" What did it matter? I would be there when he gave me a call that he was on his way. He eventually called me when he was only a block away from my house, which left me little time to get there to meet him myself. He was let in the house, and I was on my way home (a 6-minute drive) when my roommate called to say Mr. Flynn had already left. Really?! He knew I left work to meet him! They said he looked at the issue for a few seconds, and he said he couldn't fix it because it's an in-depth job and he is going on vacation. Everyone deserves a vacation, but he never offered to contact me when he got back from vacation to do the work. He never even called me back to tell me any of this personally, or to apologize for making me drive home and then leaving on me. He also never offered me a referral, knowing the leak was a problem that needed to be addressed quickly since it's the only bathroom in the house! Horrible customer service and a rude person. I'm actually very relieved he was too busy with his vacation to take on the job!
