Larry came out that night, and stayed to fix what was a previous mistake, plus install new equipment to make the AC unit work. Not only did they not charge to correct the wiring problem, but the new charges were extremely reasonable. I fully expected to get price gauged because it was an "emergency" situation on the busiest weekend of the year, but they were honest, and did not overcharge at all. Larry stayed late on a Sunday night to make sure that the unit worked. Truly, thank you for the quality service & price. 10/10 would recommend to anyone that has a heating/Ac problem in the area.

I would be there when he gave me a call that he was on his way. He eventually called me when he was only a block away from my house, which left me little time to get there to meet him myself. He was let in the house, and I was on my way home (a 6-minute drive) when my roommate called to say Mr. Flynn had already left. Really?! He knew I left work to meet him! They said he looked at the issue for a few seconds, and he said he couldn't fix it because it's an in-depth job and he is going on vacation. Everyone deserves a vacation, but he never offered to contact me when he got back from vacation to do the work. He never even called me back to tell me any of this personally, or to apologize for making me drive home and then leaving on me. He also never offered me a referral, knowing the leak was a problem that needed to be addressed quickly since it's the only bathroom in the house! Horrible customer service and a rude person. I'm actually very relieved he was too busy with his vacation to take on the job!

I asked if he could quote another brand so I could compare them and another quote was provided as well. Pricing was good compared to other quotes that I had received. After signing to do the work and setting up the day which was on a Saturday he emailed a few days as a reminder he was coming. They arrived on time they were neet and clean during the install. Onofreo's maintenance man immediately did everything necessary to stop the leak, as well as found and repaired the problem. Even though they are more expensive than other companies I've had in the past when it comes to things like this, they can't be beat. It's a high pitched squeal. We've had Onofreo out maybe 10 times and each technician has had a different diagnosis and /or solution. Sometimes they contradict one another entirely. Onofreo just keeps coming back, making tweaks, reversing and re-reversing solutions. My only assumption is that the system has faulty parts or was installed incorrectly. It's been terrible and the ordeal has lasted for 8 months now after installation.
