I was able to get a call back in 30 minutes to have them come out and see what was needed. I have my quote within 24 hours. I asked if he could quote another brand so I could compare them and another quote was provided as well. Pricing was good compared to other quotes that I had received. After signing to do the work and setting up the day which was on a Saturday he emailed a few days as a reminder he was coming. They arrived on time they were neet and clean during the install. The unit was tested to make sure it was running right. I would highly recommended them.

After a month of back-and-forth with Trane and the contractor who had been maintaining my central…read moreair for over ten years, I was getting desperate. The previous contractor said I needed to replace the condenser which couldn't be repaired. I decided to get another opinion and called Ryan F Murphy the Friday before Memorial Day Weekend. Christina was very understanding, and first thing Tuesday morning I was pleased to hear from Ryan, who, instead of just quoting me for a new condenser, told me he would be coming by that same morning to see the unit for himself instead of going by someone else's explanation. A couple of hours later, he was here, determined the problem was easily fixable, explained he was "90% certain" it could be fixed (very clear in his explanation), and that one particular part wasn't on his truck. Five hours later, Jimmy was here, and in minutes replaced the part and... eureka! We've got air conditioning again. Jimmy then checked over the system to see if there were any further issues. And to top it all off - not only are they nice people, but the price was fair (even including after-hours service) - and disclosed in advance. Ryan, Jimmy, Christina, you have a new customer - and a new fan.

The installers Donald and Ashton where professional, knowledgeable, polite and highly skilled. Johnny the business manager stopped by late in the day as well. I have used Murphy for a few years now for heating and A/C issues - always professional and the highest quality team. Highest possible rating for this great firm and team.

I had another company look at my system as it started acting up. They gave me me an estimate to…read morereplace the entire system and I said how much do I owe you for the visit and sent them on their way.... I called Alpha at the recommendation of my Auto mechanic shop. It was earlier in the day so I didn't hear from them for a few hours. I had called other places and they were too busy or not what I was looking for. It was going to reach 100° this week and today was Monday. I received a text from Scott, the owner saying he'd be reaching out soon. Shortly after we spoke on the phone and I told him the symptoms of my system which is an old Trane(it's hard to stop a Trane). Right away he knew what to look for and said he would make it tonight and I jokingly said "we're up until midnight"... Well sometimes after 7: 00 pm I got a text saying they are on their way. They showed up and with no hesitation. Went right to the system and started analyzing. They found what was wrong within a couple of minutes and immediately started to do the repair. I had my lady go inside and turn the AC on and boom the compressor kicked on as it should have which is the unit outside the house that was kicking on and off. No fuss, no muss and we are now getting deliciously cold air again! HECK YES I recommend this company.. Thank you Alpha Tech
